Supplements help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food, and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to get to know the company and product better, to help you determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes about 2/3 full, which isn’t bad nowadays, especially if they’re already using a smaller bottle.If used as directed it will last one month.The expiration date on mine is Apr 2026, so a little less than two years from now.The capsules have a light herbal scent, and are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says non-GMO. The product page also says made in the USAI look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. The 10xhealthsystem site is functional and informative. There is a phone number, and they encourage you to contact them because the site is not just supplements, it’s an entire health system with genetic tests and everything.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I like this supplement and the company behind it. I could do without the caffeine, and especially without the fillers (silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate) that many companies say they need to use, but the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements I know about refuse to; I was surprised to see this company using them.The price seems a little high for one month, but to be confident that you’re getting a quality supplement from a reliable company is worth at least part of that, and if it helps you meet your goal for taking it, even better!Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.

I would use this a little different than perhaps directed, I don’t mean increased dosage.
One of the things to note about a supplement like this is that it contains not only things to provide better Oxygen flow to the brain, but it also contains a stimulant. In this case it’s caffeine. While a trucker or an athlete may consider daily use, for most of us I don’t think it should be used every day. Stimulants like caffeine, are described like this to give an energy boost. They technically do not provide anything extra, but rather force the body to expend energy. It may be important for professional drivers, students and others to be focused on the job, you will need to rest to recover and sleep. I like using this every other day or every third day. It helps keep my focus without draining me of needed energy. I get too much caffeine from coffee as is, and so while I love the blend here, I don’t recommend it every day. If you do have a deadline, sports event, or exam, yes by all means use it for that prep, but I don’t believe it’s as useful for normal activities, as an everyday supplement. Recommended.

As a 50-year-old seeking to maintain sharp focus and memory, I decided to try out this 10X Health Focus Supplement due to its blend of quality ingredients.I value that it is made in the USA, non-GMO, and includes Huperzine-A, Ginkgo Biloba, and Rhodiola Rosea. The capsules are also easy to swallow, which is a significant advantage.Pros:+ Noticeable Energy Boost: The supplement provides an energy boost that helps me stay alert and focused throughout the day.+ Improved Focus: Although not a dramatic change, my focus and concentration have slightly improved since taking these supplements.+ Easy to Swallow: The capsules are small and easy to swallow with water.Cons:- Not a Miracle Cure: While the energy boost and focus improvements are beneficial, it’s not a drastic change yet but it’s also probably too early to tell.Although this supplement is not a magical solution, it offers a noticeable energy boost and slight improvement in focus. It’s worth trying if you’re looking for a natural supplement to support cognitive function. I’ll try to update my review after taking this supplement for longer.
