Fully awake in early morning
It’s just been about one month since I started. I only take one tablet a day, every day, same time. What I have noticed is that I am awake (really awake) much earlier every day (5-6AM). I have always been a good sleeper so I haven’t noticed any difference. But I can honestly notice a difference in energy and early rising. If you decide to give it a try be consistent, give it a month. So for my dosage it is a value for the money, easy to take, no smell and no taste, and since the effect for me is positive the vitamin quality is exactly what I have been looking for.

These are a constant rebuy.I have a MTHFR & COMT mutation and these make me feel a world of difference. They give me more energy and less irritability. They have a slight smell but I don’t seem to taste them.They’re a little on the big side for me but you could easily add them into a smoothie.

I have been on these for over 5 months thanks to God and these I have not been sick since no seasonal flu or colds and have greatly helped my weight loss with carnivore diet (not strictly dirty carnivore) recommend as it is mentholated multi vitamin, pricy but no longer have to purchase other vitamins in support so offsets cost.
