Might be better than Sony’s
I’ve only had this controller for a day. Let me say that I grabbed this controller because the New Sony PS4 controller was going to take a week to get to me. I couldn’t wait that long. Was suppose to be over night. Anyway I picked this one. Read reviews they seemed good.THE LOOKS: looks great, nice design. I got the lighting design. It came with two thumb grippers with lighting bolt on them.THE FEEL: Feels good in the hands, (pause) palm grippers are nice addition. The bottons are great quality! Everyone! There’s no cheap clickety click noise. Smooth and quiet! The R1, R2, L1, L2 bottons, to me are even better than Sony’s. Especially driving. If I wanted to cruise, I could cruise. Mash down and your full speed. I played GTA 5 with this controller and it did not disappoint.THE BATTERY: Battery life is amazing, I mean nothing else to say about that!It’s built with quality and it’s lighter than Sony’s. But feels good and of quality. The vibration is also great! It may not be as strong as Sony’s, but it’s not a big enough diffence to say it’s weak by any means! Performs well!I say it’s better than Sony’s because of the design, quality, and price. I experienced no lag at all. Forgot to mention my shooting even got better! I’m not saying yours will, maybe it was the settings I adjusted or maybe this controller does improve your shooting. Turbo botton is easy to set.Overall I believe we are so use to Sony’s controller that we judge third party controllers to the T! I must say that as of right now I’d buy this controller again and to me it looks, feels, and performs just as WELL! LET’S NOT FORGET THE PRICE! Excellent choice!
I was down to one controller on the ol PS4. I had taken it apart 3 or 4 different times to clean it and/or fix it. Finally, the battery decided to give up the ghost; I ended up having to charge it up after only about 3 hours after full charge.Finally decided to spring for some new ones, and these were my selection. I am really glad that I chose these. So here is the list:Pros:*Excellent battery life.*Great build quality*Texture better than the original (in my opinion ofc)*Printed graphics applied with precision and obviously made to last the lifetime of the controller*Buttons and sticks all feel niceCons: After a few months, one controller picked up an intermittent glitch, and displays the battery as full 3 bars, even when it is 2 minutes from dying. The other is perfect still. I am not going to ding the controllers for this, since only one did it, and it could just be a fluke.All in all, these controllers and excellent replacement, and have not failed to meet my expectations. I just keep them both charged after use, so the battery indicator issue is not an issue. I would 100% buy these again. No question.

Thumbsticks are trash.
Just came today. It connected fine. There’s lag on the gameplay and the joysticks/thumb sticks would randomly freeze my character or go in a totally different direction than what I pressed. It’s not because I’m playing a state of the art game. This thing was glitching on Burger Time (circa 1982).I ordered both colors and the other one should be here tomorrow. I’ll update my review and exchange the first controller if the next one is better.UPDATE: The 2nd controller (white/lightning) is amazing! It’s working so great for me. I just wanted to tune out and play retro games. Now I can do that. I guess I’ll replace the first one and update my review in a couple of months if anything changes. So happy right now :)UPDATE 2: It’s been a month and the left stick is broken. 😞 You get what you pay for. Gonna return and stop looking for bargains.

Minor differences that I prefer but works just as well as PS brand
Just as good as PS4 dual shock but a third of the price. I’ve bought a variety of brands over the years and this one Id buy again.Here are the differences:1. L1/2 and R 1/2 are separate buttons not one whole piece (which I prefer as I have issues with my hands and I’m less likely to hit L2 when I mean L1.2. Has a grip like area for non slip3. Has headphone jack only on bottom (PS controller has another Port that I’ll be honest I don’t know what that’s for I’ve never used it lol). Headphones work fine- I had to return two brands to Amazon bc my headphones wouldn’t work with them***4***- this is a USB c charging controller, hence, your regular PlayStation cords will not fit in this port as it uses the same charger as Android cell phones. Comes with a 3-ft cord but that’s terribly short. Luckily I use an Android cell phone and was able to plug my cell phone cord into the PlayStation to pair it and charge it

Great quality for the price!
Great aftermarket controller, it is as good if not better than OE. Came in same day on sale for well under $20 and I don’t have a single complaint. It is SLIGHTLY bulkier than the OE but its not even noticeable and I have medium to large sized hands and this fits perfectly. Button feel and response is on point, charged quickly and holds the charge well (been playing for a week on the same 1st charge) and synching it was the same as the OE. Highly recommend this product regardless of the price point which is great on its own but this way exceeds expectations by far!
