Effortless 4K streaming with surprisingly smart features
I bought this to upgrade my living room TV and make 4K streaming feel effortless. The latest model promises HDR10+ quality and fast app launches, plus an AI powered search to pull up shows across apps without endless tapping. It felt like a simple, one box solution that could replace a few remotes.Setting it up was straightforward. I plugged it in, connected to Wi Fi, and in minutes I was browsing a mix of streaming apps and live TV options. The performance is noticeably quicker, and switching between services happens with little waiting. The setup was smooth enough that I didn’t have to fiddle with settings for long. What stood out most is the picture quality and how the search tool makes finding something to watch faster. The live TV option is convenient for casual viewing, and there’s a sizable library of free ad supported content. I also tried the cloud gaming option and it surprisingly handles lighter games without a dedicated console. One small caveat is the remote sometimes responds a beat late to commands and the on screen keyboard can be a little fiddly. Other than that, the experience feels solid, reliable, and easy to enjoy. Overall I’m very happy with it and would rate it five stars.

PICTURE AND EASE OF INSTALL
This is an excellent product. I utilized the USB adapter due to compatibility issues with my older television model. The connection and operation were straightforward. Remote comes with batteries that last quiet a while. I accidentally put a PIN on it, that was a bit frustrating to do for the fact that it doesn’t show the pin, it only has like 4 numbers to chose from, you always have the option to push the middle big button as well for pin. Adding a new or pre-existing account is easy. I added my regular Amazon Prime account. Very easy. It has a QR Code you can scan to add your prime account to the fire stick. Has great shows. Its actually a bit louder than my regular TV. I love it. Highly recommend it. I was against it prior to purchase, only for the fact that I didnt want to struggle with the set up, I regret not having bought it sooner, thats how easy it was. In setup, itll tell you to move the volume up and down, I believe where you leave it set up? Thats what your volume for the shows will be on. I left mine at 24 and my TV is loud while on fire stick. No buffering, no glitching. I also plugged into wall putler. Speed is fast. I have spectrum cable. Remote is thin and small but big enough to handle with ease. Great design.

Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K Select (newest model per it’s one title).
Sadly it surprised me how this performed.- Someone who’s acclimated to installing stuff like this is okay, but, for those who are not – they’ll need a friend. Many in my family would not have gotten this installed and they don’t do tech phone call well. And, so gage that for yourself.- Once it “installed” I presumed that my long standing account, as-is would be there. No!- I spent 2.5 hours attempting to guess what was up, saw parts of my account online I never knew existed, and traversed many Setup Menu items in the FireTV menu that fixed nothing (stop, clear cache, restart). The whole restart thing becoming a few x’s a day ritual is what caused this purchase – ironic. Described as may go away since “better”. No.- So, finally giving in – clicked HELP here and figured out how to fool the menu picks into “other help” needed, not listed some may relate to having to do. So, got to a Chat with CS.- As someone who’s engaged development of devices like this on global platforms I consider that Product Support IS part of the PRODUCT itself. What else would it be?What I determined is that, they knew that not all of my Apps would be visible (even visible) since not “compatible”. That means to me, they could have, (I would have as a product realization person) – Flagged the purchase to the customer that said, e.g. ? suggestion – “Some of your apps may not show up upon installation due to incompatible with the new Stick 4K operating system. They did not.I was THEN told – you don’t even see them since not compatible. WHY then, in all the other “help” where it said, “DELIVER” this to your Fire Stick did it not even then – if got that far – was not then “waiting” for “delivery”.So, then I asked, what do I do now, hold onto it and wait, return it, are we done now – what. I asked several times and got, to me, odd scripted replies. All they had to do was say, “wait, I’m checking on that for you”. So finally I was told I could return it. Well, we all know that’s an option.- So, if use Apps to see programs. Firs KNOW that you DO and those Icons are not program placeholder they are downloaded into your App Library.- If not there upon first getting into this new Stick – well, that’s it, you’re done.If told that upfront – I could have negotiated with Family that demand certain apps and be prepared, warmed up for it not being there. Some of those apps were locking up anyway, unstable and so would likely be good as gone anyway. But, as this went yesterday, omg – I was taking a beating and they wanted it removed and the old stick put back. 🙂 Uhhh, no good deed goes unpunished it seems. So, there you go. It may be an old adage of “release then test” or, who knows. However, the CS rep “felt” like they knew which was encouraging to me, not a negative. I feel there were still options to resolve it better then proceeded during the return process. But, it is what it is.I hope that informs folks and helps since is presently being advertised at special deal prices and many like me may order it and be into half a day of installing what should take no more than 20 mins +-.

Love our Fire Sticks!!!
We love our fire stick remotes. So when we get new tvs. I like to get fire stock remotes to go on them. They are easy to set up. Connectivity is great. Easy to use. Has a great storage capacity. I love the voice command. All in all it’s a great value for the price. And it really makes the picture quality out standing.

Excellent Upgrade for Any TV
The 4K Fire Stick is an amazing streaming device. The picture quality is sharp and clear, with vibrant colors and smooth performance. Setup was quick and easy, and it works perfectly with my TV. Streaming apps load fast, and the remote is simple to use. I love having access to all my favorite shows and movies in one place. Definitely worth buying and highly recommended.

A powerhouse in a small package!
I love the Amazon Fire TV sticks! I have certainly purchased my share of them to use and as gifts over the years. I still have many fire sticks at home and for travel and they keep getting better as time goes on. The interface, the ease of use, the storage for more apps and games makes it worth the cost. My favorite part, being able to watch a LOT of free tv and also to tune into local channels without any lag in play. I have one of the Amazon Firecast boxes and it allows me to record or download movies or shows and watch later on any one of the Fire TV’s.
