Why did you pick this product vs others?:This bag of organic chia seeds was offered at a good price. It works well for egg substitute.Can be used 1 tbs in 2.5 tbsp of water. Whisk with fork well. Let sit for 10 or so min. Then use just as you would an egg in quick bread, cake mixes, even cookies. This was great when all the eggs went way up.

Chia seeds.
Chia seeds are packed with protein. I use them a lot in casseroles and other things I cook. There is no taste so I’m not afraid to put in too many. I usually use 1/4 c in recipes.
