Great heater
This an amazing outdoor heater. The assembly is straight forward except for threading the fuel line through the curves; the fuel line line makes an abrupt right angle through a small pre-drilled hole and requires patience to thread completely. Totally worth the assembly time given the amazing heating capability and maneuverability.

Great for cold weather patio enjoyment
Great purchase for patio enjoyment. We bought this as a Christmas gift to ourselves 2023. Assembly took some time but not difficult. (Warning: edges of the top reflector portion are sharp). It warms our covered patio very well in moderately cold weather (central Texas). Does not use much propane. Only Downsides I can see are large size & need for adequate ventilation.

Great functionality, good heater, could improve quality
The good: really warm patio heater, covers a decent area. We are using it in between a three seater couch and an armchair, and everyone can feel it on the lowest setting. We’ve enjoyed a few very cold nights under this heater and it’s kept us warm and comfortable. Looks great, love the swivel feature, has a huge heat deflector, easy to light (so far) and seems to be easy on the propane (on the lower settings at least). The bad: super flimsy propane tank door – this needs to be a thicker piece of metal for the price of this heater. It’s so flimsy you can’t even open it without it dragging on the base of the heater, and I had to bend it initially by hand to get it to match up to where it meets the other half of the propane holding area. Lots of assembly, but easy enough to do. At least one section of the instructions was outdated, but also easy to figure out.Overall we really like this heater, but “normal” models are in the $150 to $250 range. The cantilevered design makes this the better option for us, but again for the large bump in price the door and and a few areas could be improved in quality.

Run no support
Hard to get to light. When it would light after a few minutes went out. Bad thermo coupler (or flame sensor) Emailed company as instructed. After weeks of info requests (proof of purchase, model numbers, serial numbers, pictures) they ghosted us. To late to return to Amazon! Run! Great concept! Terrible product support!

Mmm, toasty
It’s poised over our cast iron bathtub on the patio. We can now enjoy the tub year round. It’s really nice when the temps go down. Love it

Just buy it!
Lots of parts to assemble but If you have patients it’s worth it! My only beef is the LP tank door, it’s a bit flimsy but does the job. Nice heater overall, puts out plenty of heat and the cantilevered design gives you more coverage than a traditional heater. Love the collapsible feature for storage and on windy days. One additional benefit when collapsed, the birds won’t take up house on top of the burner!

How do you even light this heater manually?
First time putting this together, pretty easy but tedious to put together, but the igniter isn’t igniting. The button to ignite is hard to push. Does anyone on here, know how to light this thing manually? i can’t even see a gap or hole to place a match in or long stick lighter to put in, without thinking about blowing off my fingers or hand. Anyone who owns this item, do you have any tips how to light this thing manually? it’s not like other standard patio heaters where they have a hole for safety to insert the lighter into to ignite the flame. i do have a warranty on this but as others stated in reviews, this item is heavy and probably going to be difficult to return. But if anyone can help me with manually lighting this, my review can change. The manual is very poor in describing how to light this manually and can’t find anything on the internet or youtube for help.

The burner Air exchange clogged up after one month during a particularly dusty time of the year. Started burning orange flame and causing black smoke to come from it. I did exchange it for a new one that has been working so far, but I’m keeping it completely covered when not in use. On another note returning the other one has been a complete nightmare. After four calls to the return shipping companies and five calls to Amazon it is still sitting on my front porch six weeks later. Amazon has even had the audacity to charge me for a second unit after the replacement came in. Buyer beware when you pick up large items from Amazon , if you want to try to return them it’s impossible
