Great Liposomal D3 and K2 with Hard to Find Boron
I’ve been really happy with this D3 + K2 supplement. The capsules are small, easy to take and there’s no aftertaste. I like that it uses a liposomal delivery system because it helps protect the vitamins through digestion so your body can absorb them more efficiently. It feels like a smarter way to take D3 and K2 together.I also appreciate the extra ingredients in this formula. Boron is surprisingly hard to find in most supplements, so it’s nice to see it included here along with magnesium. The addition of leucine is interesting too, since it’s a well‑known amino acid that people often look for in more complete blends. And since vitamin D is something you don’t want to overdo, I plan to check in with my doctor regularly so I can keep track of how I’m doing. My doctor actually prefers that I take D3 because we live far enough north that people here don’t get enough sunlight to maintain good levels, even if they’re outside every day.This is a newer company, so I did some checking first. Their website has a lot of research from reputable sources, which I appreciate, and being based in NC gives me a little extra confidence since the state has stricter rules around supplement quality. Excellent D3 + K2 — easy to take and very effectiveThis is one of the best Vitamin D3 + K2 supplements I’ve used. The liposomal delivery really seems to make a difference, and I appreciate knowing the nutrients are being absorbed efficiently instead of wasted.I like that this uses a high-potency 5000 IU of D3 paired with MK-7 K2, which is the form I specifically look for to support bone, heart, and immune health. A good value but D3 dosage too high
Overall this is a pretty basic vitamin D3 K2 supplement. I appreciate that it doesn’t mix a cacophony of other vitamins and minerals. The dosage for vitamin K2 is pretty standard, but the dosage for D3, at 125 micrograms per capsule, is higher than the recommended amount which is 100 mcg, max. That dosage may be fine on occasions or if you have severe D3 deficiency, but taking that high dosage regularly without medical supervision is probably not a good idea. There are two other ingredients in this supplement: (excluding the gel capsule and minuscule amounts of L-leucine), magnesium and boron. It has the standard dosage for the latter, but insufficient dosage of magnesium. That said, if you eat more or less healthy foods, you shouldn’t have to worry too much about the nagnesium dosage in this supplement.The capsule size is standard and okay to swallow (though I personally prefer smaller capsules). I haven’t taken this for long and since I have been taking vitamins D3 K2 supplements already (another brand, I just recently ran out), it would be difficult for me to measure the effectiveness of these capsules. But since it has more vitamin D3 than I need, I’ve been taking this supplement every other day to ensure I’m not getting vitamin D3 toxicity. I do expect the continual maintenance of my health as I switch to this brand. If any issues arise in the future, I will update this review. If you only take one capsule a day, at 60 capsules in a bottle, this will last you two months. That is a good value. But I recommend you take it every other day unless your doctor approves it.

Questionably product, country of origin uncertain
This is a vitamin D supplement which is fairly standard, however I can’t find any information about the source. There’s not much listed on the product page or the product itself.Their website doesn’t list any licenses or addresses. The bottle has an address that’s not really an office or manufacturing location. The bottle also says “manufactured for” and doesn’t say country of origin either.The claim is to be a more bioavailable form of Vitamin D, but there’s already very effective supplements on the market. So I’d avoid spending extra on this and get something cheaper and more trustworthy.

The perfect amount of D3 to get us all through cloudy winter and maintain optimal levels? Check. Liposomal form to drastically and rapidly increase absorption? Check! The most bioavailable form of K2 to ensure calcium ends up where we want it in our bones and teeth and not deposited in our arteries? CHECK. The addition of both boron and magnesium to further support calcium use and absorption/deposition where we want it and further strengthen our bones and teeth?! CHECK!!! This may be one of the simplest and yet most well thought out Vitamin D supplements I have ever encountered that covers every base you could ask for while also being easy to take and affordable?! DCM definitely knows what they are doing. I’m super impressed and am excited to see what this brand puts out next.
