Exceeded expectations. would purchase again.
So far it seems great quality with adjustable timer and heat levels–working well. very nice material, texture, craftmanship and colors. please note the colors depicted on the website are quite dull compared to in real life/in person. the gray is not really gray, but a deep beautiful bluish greenish gray and the material is sort of like a soft synthetic velvet with a slight sheen. The lavender is a vibrant lavender pink color, not muted–actually a great color, but if you want something muted, it is not.

Excellent and heavy heating pad. It’s not “heavy” in the sense that it’s hard to move or pick up, but the weight addition to this heating pad made it much more effective than other pads that I’ve used over the years. The instructions it comes with are generic and the warnings tell you not to do exactly what most people want to do – I bought it for back and shoulder issues and it specifically says not to lay on top of it, which I ignored. It doesn’t get super hot when it’s just sitting on you but I think it’s probably warm enough to ease tense muscles. I have only used setting 6 (highest) and found that it put out enough heat to be extremely helpful. The weight helps press the heat into your body when it’s just laying on top of you.The control module is simple and has only 4 buttons. The screen is bright and easy to read, and the buttons feel durable. The entire cord is long enough, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that the controller is going to sit in a comfortable place or be within reach depending on where your outlets are and where you are using the pad. There’s about a 2 foot length of cord between the controller and the pad itself which I found to be useful to be able to place the heating pad wherever I wanted without automatically having the controller somewhere inconvenient.The whole pad seems durable and works well. It’s a large enough size that it covers all the aches and pains at once. I’m very happy with this purchase.

The best heating pad I’ve ever used. The only complaint I have is I wish the electric cord was longer. It is soft and flexible for neck and shoulder area which is why I purchased it. As a long time dental professional we have neck and back issues due to the nature of our profession. I’ve been through many in the past 40 years and this one is by far the best quality, flexibility and softness. The level of heat is incredible if you’re wondering how hot it can get. Give it a try.

Love the size
This worked out pretty well for us. Love the longer length than it is nice and soft. I found that where the heat controller is on the pad itself tends to be awkward. I like the fact that it turns itself off, but the timer is not accurate, which is no big deal. I just turn it to stay on longer and it works out just fine. The heat it puts out is really nice and I was able to find a very comfortable temperature with the heat adjustment levels.

Works flawlessly, has several settings. I purchased this for my cat, who loves a warm place to sleep. With a soft towel on top, it has become her favorite place in the house. I’ve found it is extremely helpful for back discomfort, and the mid-level heat is just right.

Great heating pad. I keep this by my bed. I love the size and it’s soft, not plastic. Has several heating temperatures and you can control it for several hours to stay on and then automatically turns off. I would recommend this heating pad if you are looking for one.

Very comfortable
This is a very nice heating pad. Very comfortable on your back. You don’t feel the wires. It warms up quickly and if it gets too hot and you turn it down, you can feel the adjustment in temperature pretty quickly. The material is very soft as well.

Beautiful, Cozy, Colorful Heating Pad!
This is a wonderful, soft, and very effective heating pad. I love it. The color is vibrant and beautiful! The heat settings are great and this heating pad heats up quickly! The only concern is that the control screen does not illuminate fully, so I have to shine light directly on it to see all the settings.

Works well with a small screen to show different temperature settings. The plug is a European plug that never fit properly, so I had to replace it with an Indian plug, but then it worked well. The position of the controller is not good: it’s half way between the plug and the pad, so it’s always awkward. But otherwise it works very well, and i like the ability to change heat settings.
