Dr Teals makes great epsom salt products. I love the smell. It’s so relaxing! Soaking in the salts is great for sore muscles and detox of impurities from one’s system. I highly recommend.

They’re the good bath salts, not the ‘Florida man eats other man’s face’ bath salts. Refreshing aroma, relaxing as advertised.

Makes the whole bathroom smell good!! I have back issues- from sitting at a desk all day & knee issues from years of hiking in the mountains. A hot bath with 3 good heaping handfuls of this makes me feel good as new….. atleast for a little while. I Love this stuff! This particular flavor, or scent, can be hard to find at the store- Amazon is my go to.

A little goes a long way compared to other Dr. Teals
A long time user of Dr. Teal’s epsom salt and bubble bath, I’ve found all the scents and formulas to be beneficial. However, I like long baths and use a good bit just haphazardly dumping the epsom salt in as the water is running. All fine and good, except this formula you can use a lot less, still get the benefits, because if you use too much it tends to leave a very slight filmy feeling on your skin which I didn’t care for. I’m guessing the hemp is moisturizing, but I just didn’t care for the feeling of something on my skin, when I usually exit the tub feeling invigorated or relaxed and clean. You may prefer more or less, but some of the other Dr. Teal’s blends I preferred over this one.

I love this to soak in for around 20 minutes as I submerge myself fully in the bath. It also leaves a lovely smell in my bathroom and that is why I don’t clean the bath afterwards 🥰🤣
