high Quality and Easy Assembly
Excellent quality and very clear instructions with every bolt, nut and washer well labeled. Now wobbles or cheap feel. I put it together today in less than an hour, it fired up instantly and seems to be working quite nicely..No complaints, and I ordered another one today as well.

Overall, a great heat source for our outdoor space
We love our new outdoor patio heater. It arrived in a timely manner, was easy to assemble and provides a decent amount of heat to our outdoor space (our deck is 20′ x 20′). Seller customer service has been outstanding – after we assembled our heater we discovered a leak in the base. The seller responded immediately and helped us to resolve the issue with a new base from the manufacturer. Looking forward to using this a lot in the cooler months!

Be careful of dangerous defects
Buyer beware. Product came defective. There is a major issue with the heater element. We tried to use to several times. Each time, at some point the unit starts to sound like a jet engine out of control. We are really concerned about an explosion. We missed the fine print, which I still am unable to find, which states the return/exhnge policy is 30 days. Poor and dangerous customer service

When using it full force it uses the 20lb propane tank much faster the 9 hours plus the internet gives for length of use time. Maybe because it’s very large.

Doesn’t work
Was pretty easy to put together, but after getting the pilot lit, the unit doesn’t stay on. Turns off as soon as I stop pushing I’m the knob.
