Best Alternative For The Iron Pill
I take this every morning and it keeps me awake throughout the day. I can tell the difference when I don’t use it because I go into a deep sleep into the next day, even if it’s the early afternoon. It tastes like juice and not at all hard to consume. Speaking of juice, I take it with orange juice now and it gives me an extra boost, though there is no problem with absorption. The quality is good because it does exactly what it should for the price. The bottle is perfect for storing in the fridge and the measuring cap is very practical. My hair and skin has changed for the better. It’s a slight difference, but enough to where I can notice. I buy multiple bottles at a time because this has improved the quality of my life/health and I hate going a day without it. I had so many side effects from the pill so buy this (and consult with a doctor) if you can’t stand the iron pill.

This is a great alternative to an iron pill supplement. This helped me so much when I was pregnant and I still it to this day due to having low iron levels in general. It’s less constipating as well!

Good stuff but taste like death. Only for adults.
I believe it’s a great iron supplement, however I bought it for my son (8yo) and it’s far too nasty in taste for him to continue with it. For an adult it’s a 5 star but for the kids definitely get something else.

100% Life changing
Life changing. Always talk to your doctor about substituting, but for my wife. This substituted a high dose of iron that the doctor gave her for her anemia and it worked way better! We believe that it’s how this product helps the body actually absorb the Iron vs. Just taking Iron on its own. Never take this in addition to iron pills, ask your doctor about substituting it just to try it and see what they say. This may work for you as it did for 3 people I know. Less tiredness, ingredients are natural, and the taste wasn’t as sour as we thought it would be.it changed my wifes life.

No one takes iron supplements for fun, but this one isn’t the worst
This is the only iron supplement that friends have recommended to me by name, which might mean something.I got the 700ml (23.7 fl. oz) size; the pictures look identical, but here’s how big it is in person.The flavor is like elderberry/oranges/licorice/dirty pennies; it’s probably as good as you’re going to get with an iron supplement. The texture is completely liquid, not thick at all. It’s much easier to swallow than the liver capsules I was taking before liquid iron.I used to take the Gaia brand liquid iron and was surprised how much lighter this one is in color. The bottle still reminds you to wash out your mouth after taking so the iron doesn’t stain your teeth. I’ve been rinsing and then brushing, and haven’t noticed any staining.As regards effectiveness, it’s a long haul, but my energy levels have been okay while taking this supplement. We’ll see how it goes.
