Calmer days and better sleep in a gentle way 🌿
I started taking Gaia Herbs Ashwagandha Root to help with stress and restless sleep, and I can feel a difference. I’m not as on edge during the day, and I fall asleep a bit easier at night and wake up feeling more rested. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach. I like that it’s a herbal supplement from a brand I trust. Of course everyone is different, but for me it’s been a gentle, helpful support.

Helpful supplement for Stress and Sleep
I’ve used other adaptogens in the past so familiar with the properties of Ashwaganda. I like that this is a liquid. I’ve noticed that I’ve managed stressed better, energy has stabilized, and my sleep has improved. It does take time to build up in your system so keep that in mind if after a couple of weeks it doesn’t seem like things have changed. This seems like a quality product and a solid price point. The pills are medium sized so not difficult to swallow.It is really important to talk with your doctor before taking since it can interfere and/or react with certain medications. Everyone’s body is different but it has worked well for me.

A game changer
Ashwagandha is the key for me being able to function on a daily. This product is fantastic. I know it’s the Ashwagandha because whenever I go for testing I have to stop taking it and I crash. Test is over I take a capsule and I’m back to being functional within hours. I highly recommend it and I highly recommend this manufacturer.
