Great for your home workouts.
Little gem of a tool. You wouldn’t expect it to do much, but it truly does. It really helps you build the mind muscle connection with parts of your body that you normally don’t even think about. I love it!

Nearing the end of my PT, I bought this to maintain home PT routine. Resistance, strength, size, functionality and comfort matches that of my PT sessions. Easy to use and very durable. Easy to wash up and stores away easy too. Great price! Highly Recommend especially if you have PT needs for resistance strengthening.

Padding came off
The padding on one of the sides of the ring came off. I guess it wasn’t secured on well. I was able to stick it back but you never know when it may come off again. Other than that the ring is fine and great for practicing pilates. Very sturdy.

Great easy to use product
The product is awesome. It’s hard for me to get motivated to use it, but when I do, even a little bit, it helps. It’s comfortable when using it and it looks like it will last a long time. I ordered the larger size and I’m a 5”4” older women and that works for me. I ride horses daily so if you aren’t used to leg exercises, you may want to start smaller. Good value for the money.

I expected something …better
I bought this ring because I wanted to practice pilates outside of my usual class. The rings used in class actually have some weight to them and are, dare I say, higher quality. I’ve seen the Gaiam brand on a lot of expensive things and expected this ring to match that of the one in the gym I use, but:1. It is feather weight – almost weightless.2. I’ve had it for a few weeks and the inner foam pad is detaching (seems like it the adhesive was something like glue?)3. It feels kinda cheap.If you use it only for balance/transfer exercises, it’s fine, but if you’re looking to add in any of the abduction/adduction exercises, this ring has ZERO resistance.

Good tension and size, the handholds are fairly comfortable even with bigger hands. Quality is a bit lacking, but hasn’t really impacted use yet.
