These gummies definitely help me wine down at night. When I feel like I need help to get to sleep I take them and then sleep amazing. The taste isn’t bad at all. I don’t take them for weight loss or as an appetite suppressant so I don’t know if they work for that. But they do give me a good night’s sleep.

Effective but sticky
I love these for anxiety and helping me sleep. The thing that will stop me from using them is the fact that they are sticky and the bottle is super deep so my fingers always come out disgusting and they stick to each other.

Didn’t really do anything for me. Maybe I need a longer sample size. Tasted ok. I would have hoped at this price point I would see changes a little sooner. I am not a huge fan of the texture, pretty sticky. Worth a try might work for some people. On to the next for me though.

Honestly awful. Tastes is grim and covered in some slimy residue. Idea of gummies is to be convenient and tasty way of consuming supplements. They are neither of those.

DAMAGED GOOD. The vitamin gummies arrived in a crushed bottle and the protective seal inside the cap was already open. As a result, I can’t get my money back or even a replacement, these gummies (and my money) will go to waste as I do not feel safe consuming this in case it was tampered with. Really unsatisfied.
