Heats up fast and adjustable setting modes
This electric heating pad belt device helps relieve menstrual cramps. It’s designed with an adjustable belt buckle up to 55” used as a waist belt so it stays in place. It’s also wireless that includes USB-A to USB-C charger cable (adapter not included) so it’s easily portable and travel friendly. The electric heat pad dimensions is approximately 8” L x 3.5” H x 0.787 D. There’s 4 control buttons: Power On/Off,Heating temperature with 3 heat settings: 113℉ (45℃), 131℉ (55℃) and 149℉ (65℃), Vibration modes with 3 levels and Timer setting. Note: to power on/off and other button operations, you’ll need to press and hold button down for about 1.5-2 seconds. One thing to point it’s not an actual heating pad not soft and cushioned, but a hard heating device. Other than that it works great and definitely helps with menstrual cramps relief.

Great and not just for periods.
This is great for a lot of pain and it works just fine.Personally, I use these for back pain, which has been bad lately, I have some others, to compare to and this one seems interestingly more advanced in the interface compared to the others. Gave a similar device to a cousin who tried it and was about to buy one for their back.It works just fine. It actually has a 4 button interface, and a numerical interface, vs the usual 2 buttons and 1-3 led or 6 leds. The two added buttons are a power button and a timer button. Which is useful if you sleep in it. (Though the manual advises not to sleep in it, let us be real, it’s a thing you’ll probably do.) You can set it to be 60/90/00 (= unlimited) and it resets to 60 with any button push per the manual. Temperature wise it does 45-55-65C and I tend to prefer the min most of the time. Which is a bit nicer than the Lo-Med-Hi setup, which often gets higher than I like after Lo (such as the black one I included in pictures to show the attachment.)The timer seems to work, though I haven’t timed it with an alarm or anything, Interestingly, It did seem to go off with unlimited, at 52% or so I’m not sure if I pressed something, which would have set it to 60.It lasts most of a day of on and off use I’d say about 5 hours at a guess with 45C heat (sometimes off) and mostly constant vibration.One thing I’m not so happy with is the clasp method, compared to the single button on most of them. (See the black one for comparison)Overall, This is definitely a good device and actually cheaper than the one I gave my cousin, with a more advanced interface, so it gets 5 stars for that and the pain reduction it has so far given me.—Oh, and the box is kind of a hoot too. I was initially rather confused as to what it is, as it’s a nice textured gift box type, it goes: “Have fun and celebrate in your favorite way because it is your special day!” I’m pretty sure no one who is using this is thinking the day is particularly special.

This heating pad is great. I have had other heating pads in the past that are portable, and I think this has to be my favorite one. I really like the fact that this heating pad specifically has an adjustable band because it allows you to make sure that the heating pad sits on your stomach or back nicely without being too tight. The. The last heating pad I had did not have an adjustable band, and it ended up being way too tight and very uncomfortable. The heating pad itself also has three different modes of heating: low, medium, and high. Even on the highest setting it is hot but not uncomfortably so. It also has a soft fleece-like material that is soft, and it doesn’t feel uncomfortable against your skin or over on your clothing. The vibration setting is also very nice. There are three different settings that allow you to decide if you want constant vibration or an alternating vibration, which is great, depending on how strong your cramps are. I also really like that this heating pad, compared to other heating pads, has a timing setting so you can set a timer for 30 to 60 minutes depending on how long you’d like to have it on. The interface is big enough for you to see the numbers easily and what mood you’re in. The battery life on this heating pad is also really good. I’d say it can last for up to at least six hours if you’re only just using the heat setting, or maybe about four hours if you use both heat and vibration at the same time. Overall, if you have cramps or you’re looking for a heating pad to help somebody you know that has cramps, this heating pad is one I would definitely recommend just because of how easy it is to use and how convenient it is to have. It’s definitely worth the money.
