Bright light, Good motion detection, Easy to install. Great value
After an attempted break-in one night I realized there were areas around the house that were in darkness and provided hiding spots. I’m totally off grid and the house is solar powered, so I minimized outside ighting to keep the battery drain at nights as low as possible, plus it’s a pain to run wires everywhere.These solar powered lights looked to be the answer, low cost, would not drain my house batteies as they were self contained and seemed easy to install and could be directed. Another feature that was attractive was the three settings, with the dim light that brighted on movement detection being the one I thought would be most useful. So I ordered a two pack, which came well packed and worked with no problems right out of the box.These units don’t weight very mush, so installation can be made just about anywhere. You don’t need to put it on heavy construction. Installation is via a supplied bracket and screws and wall anchors are included. I was able to put up the two units in abut 30 minutes. I had left them in the sun for a day before using them, as recommended, and when I came to try them I was impressed. They turn on when the sun goes down, and as I set them for the dimm light permanantly on I found the light level to be adequate to show everything enough to be seen from inside the house. No more hiding spots.When the lights are triggered by the motion detector they go to full bright, which is surprisingly bright for the size. It’s good for moving around outside, and will also alert prowlers that they’ve been noticed. The range of the motion detector is very good, and the one I put over the front porch detects vehicles, bikes and even pedestrians walking past the house. It stays bright of about 15 seconds and then reverts to the low light. For me that’s fine, as if I’m moving around it stays on untill I leave.After installing the two lights and using them for a couple of weeks I ordered two more to cover some additional areas. I really like them.So far all pros, but there is one con. I gave installation only 4 stars, not because it’s difficult, it’s not, but I found that the mounting brackets did not always click on to the light. You are supposed to install the bracket and then drop the light onto it where it should click and latch in place. Of the four lamps only one bracket latched. The others allowed the lamp to be lifted off the bracket without dpresing the locking tab. In the end I installed two of them without the bracket, which you can do by directly screwing them onto the wall. Just make sure you have a long screwdriver, or screwdriver bit extension in your drill so you don’t damage the lights. Other than that, excellent product and great value.

Seller sent the incorrect items but I must say their customer service rather than going through Amazon corrected the error immediately and sent me what I had originally ordered using very fast shipping. The lights are bright and light up the area better than I thought. One light lights up my entire backyard. The solar panel is very durable and you can tell it’s well made just by swiping your palm over the top and edges. The assembly is easy and you really don’t need any instructions. The angles are adjustable but I like having all three lights flat. The remotes come with batteries so no need to run out and purchase additional items. If you have any issues whatsoever, reach out to their customer service via email and you won’t be disappointed. Product durability is important and so is customer service. Glad I didn’t have to deal with AI.

These work great. Very bright, but their light does not go far out and the fact that the button to change the mode it on the back of the light means you have to get a ladder to change it. It would be nice to have a pull cord or remote

These lights were very easy to install and they work just as described. They are pretty bright and a decent size so I am able to see everything in the dark that I wanted. They seem like they are very durable and built to last so I am hoping that they last a long time. So far I dont have any complaints with my purchase.

Excellent product and customer service!!!
I love these lights!. I have one sitting on top of an outside patio table, and one attached to my barn. They work so well, and give me a sense of security! I have them set to be on dim light all night long, and then they get very bright when motion is detected. The customer service is fabulous, working directly with the customer rather than having to go through Amazon. I sent them an email when I had problems with one, and they immediately sent me a replacement. This is a 5 star company!!!

These are great lights and are a great value for solar powered lights. I bought these for some dark areas of a rental property that needed additional lighting. There was no electricity available in those areas. These fit perfectly and did exactly what I was looking for and easy to install with just two screws. I did buy the four pack with the remote control and it appears to work great and is able to light up the areas that are dark. In Alaska there’s not a lot of daylight during winter months. So far so good with the charge of the solar collectors. Will update later during the heart of Winter months when we only have 5 hours of daylight in Anchorage.

I have bought these 2 times, the last set of 2 seem to be no where near the quality as the first ones ordered. They appear to take on water and half of the leds don’t work.Had to drill a hole in the bottom so the water would drain.

Bright, economical solar lights – great for garages and barns at night
I have several sets of these outside in our barn area where it isn’t practical to run electricity. I love the ability to see the sheep in their pen when they set off the lights with their movement overnight – it allows me to check on them quickly without running outside with a flashlight. The lights are bright when activated and there is an optional function to have a dim light, like a nightlight, stay on for most of the night. My only complaint is that the panels don’t generate enough power to cover 12 hours of darkness during the winter, and I still have to use a flashlight in the morning. I also like the adjustable side panels, which allow for the light to be directed where you want it.I have only had one set get broken, but that was because of my error in attaching it, and a fall from a high place.Overall, a good purchase and I will likely buy more in the future
