It May Take Time to Work for You
I ordered the Momentous Ashwagandha as I have heard that it can help with sleep, cognitive performance, alertness and focus. Specifically the Momentous Ashwagandha is advertised as being a supplement that may help with cognitive performance, alertness and focus.If you plan to take for sleep as I originally intended, it is kind of hard to rate as you are sleeping. The one thing I noticed is I did seem to go to sleep a little sooner than normal, but then I woke up earlier than normal as well. Was this because of the supplement, a psychosomatic effect, or just that I was more tired that day, I can’t totally say, so I’ll end the sleep test with just saying it seemed to help some.Now, concerning the advertised uses by Momentous, I can’t say if it helped my cognitive performance be better, or whether I was more alert than usual as it seemed to have very little effect for these purposes. That being said, one of the key points users should bear in mind is that many supplements become more effective as you start building up a serum level in your body. Two weeks really isn’t enough time to determine how effective the Ashwagandha is for any purpose. I’ll keep using it until the bottle is used and will hopefully have a better estimate on how effective the supplement is for me.
