On time, great price. Purchased a four piece holiday scent candle set as a Christmas gift. Item arrived with the incorrect scents. Customer has no interest in pumpkin, apple or any other fall scent. Item returned, so no gift for the person on my list. Epic fail

Beautiful candle. Delicious scent. Thick, durable glass. Gorgeous lid. I’ve had mine for a few months now, I try to savour it and only light it after I clean. The lid must be airtight because it smells just as delicious as the day I received it. The triple wick keeps it burning even. 5/5, seriously, if you’re on the fence, GET IT! lol

夜の勉強とか、寝る前に日記書く時用に買った！サンダルウッドってどんな香りかわからなかったからちょっと不安だったけど、柔らかくて落ち着くおしゃれな森みたいな香りで良きふわっと香って、部屋に入った時いい香りがするサイズも大きめで結構長く使えそうだから大満足個人的に、蓋とかラベルのデザインが凝ってて好き入れ物も半透明でおしゃれおすすめです♡

I had originally purchased this candle and had been disappointed as it was obviously defective. However the company reached out to me and offered me a refund or replacement candle. They took on board my issues and also my fragrance preferences and sent me a replacement.I chose the Sandelwood version and have been delighted with the difference. The scent is beautiful, rich but not overpowering. Not tunnelling this time a very even burn and it has lasted for a very long time. The company didn’t ask once if I would edit or change my original review which was so refreshing. I buy candles constantly for holistic reasons and to improve my well being due to chronic health issues. I will certainly be repurchasing from this company. They dealt with my issues in a really genuine way and cared very much that their product did not meet their usual high standards. I highly recommend this candle as it also gives such a beautiful ambiance to the room. It’s so refreshing also to know the company has a true moral compass.
