Great for beginner home gym
I’m just getting into lifting weights at home, and these have been the perfect addition to my home gym. The double handle makes them great for all kinds of exercises. And as you use the middle bar, the top bar rests on your wrists to make it feel more study when lifting the weights overhead. They are easy to switch between weights and have a good range of weights for working your arms, to legs, to back and chest. They also are shaped so they don’t roll around, so you can use them for push-ups and rows. Overall, I’m very happy to have these in my home gym.

Weight changes are quick, with a range from 5 lbs up to 41 lbs, giving enough flexibility for light to moderate strength training. The included handle converts the setup into a kettlebell, adding variety without extra equipment.Solidly built, with comfortable easily gripped handles and durable plastic coated weight plates. The system is easy to use, though the 5 lb increment steps may feel limiting for some. I was able to take plates from one and add itnto the other to make one heavier dumbell. The limitation here is the silly (non-removable) decorative plastic cap on the outermost plate. I was able to pry off the aluminum sticker (which bent as I removed it) which reveals 2 small screws. Once these are removed you can then pry off the silly plastic decorative end cap. This allows you to slide 2 more plates (+5lbs) onto one handle for use as either a kettlebell or dumbell but there was then no locking button to lock it and hold it securely in place though it did slide into the cammed groove as all the other plates do.Despite that, the convenience, versatility, and compact footprint make this a practical, well-designed starter set. At $140, I’m not sure you aew getting the best value here after viewing somemother offerings in that same price range. If the seller offered additional 10 lb or 20 lb plate sets I could see this being a far better value than some others in the market especially since this doubles as dumbell AND kettlebell. Sadly I can’t see any currently offered on the market at this time for this proprietary locking system.

Multi-functional and perfect for limited workout space!
I LOVE this set of weights because they are multi-functional. The removable plate weights allow you have the most common free weight sizes without storing a large rack of weights. These are also a LOT less expensive than Bowflex-type adjustable weights for similar functionality. I also really like that these have a kettlebell handle and can be used for kettlebell workouts or regular freeweight exercises. The weight plates are easy to take on and off, and hold securely. Overall quality is great for the price. I’ve been really happy with them.Compact, stable, and easy to adjust mid-workout, they keep your home gym tidy while offering a full range of exercises. Great for strength training, kettlebell exercises, and HIIT without clutter. I would 100% order these again.

I received my Nimsqury adjustable dumbbells and am largely pleased with their form and functionality. They are adjustable to four different weight level increments (5-20.5lbs) are ideal for a variety of exercises. I appreciate the dual functionality of the weights as both dumbbells and kettlebells.The build quality is sturdy. The weights’ anti-slip handles and foam pads help make the weights more comfortable on my hands, especially without gloves. My only complaint is that they’re a bit on the heavier side (41lbs) and only adjustable in 5lb increments, but it’s a fair trade for the convenience for most people. They are also very easy to use.Overall, I’d recommend these to folks seeking a simple, versatile, starter dumbbell set, as they are a pretty good value.
