Was in between this and another air fryer. Was wary because I saw some reviews about how it broke immediately. So far I’ve had mine for 2 months, and this thing is a LIFESAVER.First off, I was concerned about the size because I eat a lot. (As in 1lb of meat a day) and also wanted the liberty to meal prep. Using one basket, I am able to put probably about 5 chicken breasts, and sides in the other. The baskets are surprisingly big. If I’m meal prepping and not making a side, I will use both baskets and can fit 2.5 lbs of chicken layed out flat in this air fryer. Now let me tell you..PRESETS:One thing that stuck out to me was the presets. (Heat and time for type of food). These are AMAZING. My previous air fryer would always over or under cook things based on the preset and was just a guideline. This one cooks everything AMAZING. I never have to mess with the preset tempature or time. Every single time I cook, which is OFTEN, it cooks perfectly. My chicken comes out beautifully cooked, and juicy inside. Usually my chicken comes out dry and burnt. Salmon also cooks extremely well. Just knowing I can click the food emoji I want and it will cook perfect every time is so awesome. I don’t have time to remember or figure out the temperature or time for each type of food.This air fryer is also super easy to clean. The non stick is great so far and even if I wash it a day later, I have 0 problems.The noise is also very quiet.The only thing I can’t figure out which is a reason I bought it was the sync option. I’ve tried various methods and I can’t seem to sync them. I don’t have the manual though lol. But tbh, it doesn’t bother me much.I also like how it’s see through so I can see how it’s looking without opening the airfryer which is great.Overall, such an amazing purchase and saves SO MUCH time and dishes.Instantly buy.

Great air fryer for the price
After using it for 3 weeks, I can say its worth it. Being able to cook multiple things with the double basket helps with time when in a rush. Both baskets are a decent size and clean up is simple. The metal trays that go into the bottom of the basket can be a little tight to get in, and if you remove the rubber pieces on the corner be careful as for mine they are slightly sharp. In all I would recommend it to my friends.

Good addition to the family kitchen and got a good deal from amazon warehouse deals. Came cracked on one side but cosmetic damage did not affect the heating performance or safety of the product an it works well. Good value for what it is. Cleans easy and easy to maintain for the size.

Falling apart, baskets don’t line up and touch screen sucks
Not the best! Have had it a few months now and a screw has already fell out of it from somewhere! The baskets don’t line up properly so you have to “fight with it” to try to get everything lined up right when you open the basket. The buttoned don’t always work either and I have to push them repeatedly! Don’t know if anyone else wants to waste their time or hard earned money but this is one product I won’t ever buy again

Ha sido un acierto total. Nos encanta, sobre todo porque al tener dos cazos independientes podemos cocinar dos platos a la vez. Es súper práctico para hacer, por ejemplo, el plato principal en un lado y la guarnición en el otro.Además de los programas que trae (para pizza, pescado, pollo, etc.) o poder ajustar tiempo y temperatura como una normal, lo que más nos ha gustado son las funciones inteligentes. Tiene un modo para que, aunque pongas dos comidas con tiempos diferentes, la máquina se organice sola y termine las dos a la vez. ¡Se acabó comerse las patatas frías mientras esperas a que termine el pollo!Cada cazo trae su propia rejilla, que ayuda a que el aire circule mejor y todo se cocine de forma uniforme. Y lo mejor, la limpieza: las cubetas y las rejillas se lavan en un momento.Estéticamente es preciosa, el diseño con los detalles plateados en los mangos queda muy bien en la encimera de la cocina.

I’ve used this air fryer for a while now. I obviously got a good one because it does the job perfectly. Easy to use and a nice looking unit. Fortunately, I’ve not experienced the issues that others have had. We’ll see how long it lasts but so far, it works great and I’m really happy with it.

2 months in and while in operation- I will open the drawer and it continues to run whereas it is supposed to turn off immediately. Phoned Amazon and they gave me a link to contact the manufacturer as it’s still under warranty. Will report back how that went.Totally giving me the run around- only email support and it takes days to get a message through. They gave me trouble shooting advice which didn’t work and asked me for a copy of my invoice twice— run around…. the rubber grommets break on the inner tray and I asked if I could purchase a number of them separately and they ignored my request.After literally 6 weeks AT LEAST I was told I could return the item as long as I paid shipping. Apparently there is only a 30 day return policy through Amazon which covers shipping and ours malfunctioned a couple weeks after that. It now stops when we open the drawers but it’s glitched out so many ways… Just a heads up. Nothing like the good ol’ buttons and dials. Plus use non stick spray- our tray has nearly completely peeled away from use and that was within 3 months
