Never used this before but found it way better and more effective the liquid IV the taste is better and the strength I feel is stronger. You get way more value for your money and can feel it working quickly.

I really love the Orange flavor, but these are good too, if you’re sick with COVID or otherwise badly dehydrated. Double check with your doctor. I think only one glass a day is recommended.
