ProsourceFit Flex Foam Rollers are versatile tools for gently massaging tight muscles and improving elasticity, body awareness, core strength and balance. Ideal for beginner and intermediate users, the firm EPE foam provides moderate pressure that flexes with the body’s natural contours. Foam rolling helps get rid of painful knots in large muscle groups like legs, calves and glutes. The full rollers are great for stretching the chest and back, improving posture and spinal alignment and are commonly used in Pilates and even yoga. The half-round versions can be used for stretching and massage as well, but are ideal for core stabilization and balance exercises that can greatly improve your overall fitness and strength. Train like a pro, train with ProsourceFit!

    The BEST foam roller!!!
If you are looking for a high quality foam roller look no further. I used one of these from my Pilates stretch class that was so life changing that I had to get one for my personal everyday use. This is great for an overall body stretch. It is very durable and can withstand a lot of weight. Go ahead and get this one! It is worth the money!!!

Where were you all my life ?
This might be one of the greatest purchases I’ve ever made. Perfect size 36” and also the diameter. Perfect level of firmness : not painful but not soft. Firmer than medium. Well constructed. I use it on my futon for massaging and also for back support while doing leg lifts. This thing is just GREAT ! I’ve had back issues from driving and also some osteo arthritis. I can even massage my shoulders by alternating each side and arching my back and pushing my legs downward so my back arches. I believe if I’d had this years ago I never would have had issues. The problem is that so many car seats are not made to fit certain body types. In particular there are big gaps in lumbar area in car seats which is where you need the support most. I think car seats in the 1980s without all these fancy adjustments were actually better. They seem to have had a firmer support and lower lumbar curve. At least the Japanese cars I’ve had from the 80s, and also my 85 VW. I’ve doctored some other softer foam rollers for my car seat, to fill the gap where my lumbar region is. But for daily exercise, this roller is KING ! Also : no bad odor at all !

Great quality, but extremely hard. Beware if you are after a medium density for PT.
Bought this for physical therapy. I already own a trigger point foam roller, and have used it for years – but needed something longer and softer for PT purposes. This is really hard, harder than the trigger point (which is a PVC tube wrapped with foam).Really hoping it breaks in, but beware for those looking to replicate the more gentle ones they have in PT offices as this should be marked as very firm/hard. It’s definitely not “medium,” even. Again, hope it breaks in a bit with use.If you want something very firm, for a great price and the right length to lay on perpendicularly, this is a great buy. If you are looking for the above, but want a medium, more gentle roller, this is definitely not that.

Helps a LOT with leg and back pain and cramping.
I have tremendous back pain and cramping radiating down both legs and the pain is relentless. No supplements (magnesium, potassium) or exercises (walking, swimming, stretching, dancing) have helped. I thought I was going to hate rolling out my I.T. bands but it turns out I enjoy the pain relief so much I don’t mind the “pain” to roll them out. I actually look forward to it and do it 3 x a day. The surprise is on me. I am 67 years old.

    Good deal
My chiropractor told me to buy one. This was the most cost effective one I could find. I use it for PT and it works well for that purpose.

Nice roller but before you buy, read my review.
This is a very hard roller and does not have much/any give at all. Some people may not like how hard it is so that is why I am leaving this review. I like this roller but I think I will also look for a softer one and use both. I do not mind how hard it is myself, really moves around the fat/muscles/skin/bones. If you end up purchasing it, do not remove the plastic right away. Put it on the ground and try it, if you do not like it, it will still be sealed and you can send it back. If you remove the plastic, try it and do not like it, they cannot resell it as new if you return it. Enjoy!

    Too Hard
Much harder than I thought. For me it is uncomfortable but to late to return. Don’t wait to try it out. Well made though.

J’utilise souvent mon rouleau pour des exercices de pilates pour soulager le dos et les lombaires ou pour muscler les abdos. Très efficace, il est parfait, similaire à celui utilisé chaque semaine à mon cours de pilates. Je recommande
