Best nights sleep and no sweats!
If youre considering this blanket, DO ITIts soft. Its not itchy.The pattern is absolutely beautiful.And the most important reason,NO NIGHT SWEATINGIts a huge improvement to our other bed spreads that are polyester and I would wake up drenched in sweat every morning.Now I sleep through the whole night and I don’t smell like a swamp when I wake up.It keeps me warm and its breathable.And I am pretty sure this is a small family owned business as well that just does wool blankets.Incredible quality.Fantastic nights sleep.Very reasonable price.

Warm Soft & Heavy
I’m not paying $250 or more for an all wool blanket so these are very affordable heavy warm throws. We bought one for our couch. It is so nice that I’m buying 2 more. One to cover the chair and one to cover up with. Wool blend 30% wool 70% nylon polyester makes it machine washable and very durable. I have an Alpaca wool bedspread we paid $480 that’s not machine wash. I have several wool Army blankets for camping. They are warm & keep you warm even when wet. They are wool polyester. These Merino wool blankets are way heavier than those. Look better too. We only bought one to see and we’re buying more. Very nice!

Soft and lovely!
I bought this blanket for my mom for Christmas. She loves it!It’s soft and the colors are nice and saturated. The binding is beautifully sewn on and the overall quality is really nice – especially at that price!She needed a blanket for hanging out on the couch and this is the perfect weight and thickness. I think the fiber blend should keep her warm but not be too hot. She’s going to wash it and put it into use soon.It doesn’t have any sort of wooly odor and I didn’t notice any shedding. All in all, I’m very pleased with this purchase and will be buying more for gifts.

Good for the price but does have polyester
Nice blanket but does contain polyester. Fit the top of my queen mattress but no overlap. I put it between my flat sheet and comforter for added warmth and love the warmth. Good value.

What’s not to love!
It is beautiful, and so, so soft! It fits in perfectly with the ambiance we have in our “cabin in the woods”. Really cost effective for a true wool product. Washes easily due to its light weight and flexibility, and keeps you warm and cozy without sweating you to death. I definitely want more of these in the future. No, we aren’t using it as a couch cover anymore, that was temporary, though it worked really well for that, too! It’s now folded up for snuggling purposes.

Unexpectedly beautiful blanket!
This is a beautiful blanket. Seriously. It’s strikingly lovely, and photos really do not do justice to the quality and the pattern.Yes, it’s a wool blanket. So it does have a bit of a wool smell to it. It is not horrible, but it’s definitely a wool blanket. And it is not a fluffy micro-plastic fleecy cloud of perfection, but as wool blankets go, its pretty soft!I needed a blanket I could fit in my smaller washer – I have a husky and need to wash bedding regularly. So far, we have no pilling or shedding of any significant degree. I use the ChomChom roller on it and wash it every couple of weeks. So far so good. The insert suggests you wash this in a front-load washer, but I am using a top-load and again, no major pilling.I am happy with the size because it will fit in my washer. It will NOT cover my queen mattress either length or width -wise. I can live with that.This is NOT a thick dense blanket, which is also fine by me, since I was seeking one which I could get safely into my washer. It is a warm blanket despite the lack of bulk. I am disabled and have trouble handling heavy wet large blankets while doing laundry – this blanket is not hard to move or place on the bed. So that’s a win!It seems durable and again, it’s just so beautiful, I would recommend this as well as purchase an additional one.
