I love these dumbbells. These are what I started with when I first started strength training with weights. Now I’m up to 20lbs with this same brand/shape of dumbbells.I love the hexagon shape because you can use them to do dumbbell push ups and they will be stationary and won’t roll around like a circle-shaped dumbbell would. Highly recommend this set along with the heavier sets!

Now I Hit Dingers AND Can Open the Pickle Jar!
My daughter is a 13-year-old softball player, and her coach said she needed to “get stronger” if she wanted to hit more dingers and stop throwing like a noodle. So I got her pair of these RitFit dumbbells — and now she is practically a superhero (okay, maybe more like a sidekick, but still).The weights are perfect for training at home.
