I needed a rug to place under a new bedframe that I bought as I didn’t want the legs to scratch the floor. Initially, I was looking for a 6×9 which is slightly bigger than the bed. I am so glad I opted for the 8×10. The rug I received measures 10 ft 3 inches long by 7 ft 6 inches wide. The green color matches my walls perfectly. It also has bits of grayish brown, which is great because it matches my curtains. Honestly, when I unwrapped the rug, it is so pretty that I didn’t want to put it on my floor. I considered hanging it on the wall. It feels the way you expect a hand woven rug to feel. It isn’t thick or plush, but that makes it easy to vacuum. It’ll get softer as time goes by. The rug comes with a card that references an odor, I thought it was very slight, and within a day, I didn’t notice it. It doesn’t come with anti-skid backing, so if you aren’t placing a piece of large, heavy furniture on top of it, it will slide. It doesn’t not go anywhere with my bed on it. Quite pleased with my purchase, the rug is stunning.

Decided to leave a review for this item since it doesn’t have any yet. This rug is thin, which I expected as it has no pile and it a flat weave. I got a thick felt rug pad to go under and it’s much more comfortable since I have hardwood. The color varies depending on the lighting – in some light, it looks more blue-green than green. Overall, its a unique pattern and I love the color. Looks great on hardwood. I’ve only had it for a couple weeks so I can’t comment on longevity or how easy it is to clean. It seems like it’s decent quality so far though.

Great quality
Loved this carpet! It’s very beautiful and soft. I put this over wall to wall carpet to give a pop of color. It’s the perfect addition! If you put this on a solid service you will need a grip pad to prevent sliding.I ended up getting this carpet in the navy color for another room because I loved it so much

Nice Rug for Low Use Application
Very attractive rug. Overall I’m happy with the purchase. Only two downsides that kept me from giving a five star rating. Both are related to the weave of the rug. It’s relatively loosely woven and has no backing. As a result, it moves and shifts when vacuuming. Fortunately I have it in a guest bedroom so it doesn’t get very dirty, so I just reduce the suction in the vacuum and that solves the problem. Also, one end of the rug is not straight, also due to the weave. Neither of these is enough of an issue for me to return, but only because it’s in a low traffic room. I would not recommend for a high traffic area.

This is such a great rug! I was a little nervous about purchasing a flat weave since I hadn’t used them before but this rug did not disappoint. It’s actually very soft to walk on and stays in place really well. It ended up being too small for the front door but I just moved it to another place and ordered more from the Montauk line for the house. The color and design are beautiful as well!

nice quality, consistent length, light color
i have an earthy-green kitchen and this runner fit the color scheme better than another design with grey and ivory. i would have preferred that it were green and natural color, because the ivory is actually just white to me. this pattern is subtle and modern, so blends in nicely. I bought two rugs for both sides of an island. the length is pretty consistent, maybe <1/4" off, and i was able to stretch (and tape) the shorter one so they are even. I used some heavy duty rug tape on the top/bottom edges to keep it in place. i plan to wash it periodically, so i didn't want to tape it all the way around, waste tape and potentially damage the floor. taping the edges works OK, but still movement in the middle. i am going to trying some Mohawk rug pads, instead of the tape. the rug isn't padded, so don't expect anything fluffy.Gets dirty quickly with three dogs. I put it in the washing machine and it shrunk a bit. Was able to stretch it out a little to fit my rug pad.

Be warned if using this super thin rug over tile
I purchased this rug to place under a small dining table and have had it for almost 4 months now. This is a low traffic area for us as we usually eat in the kitchen. First thing I will mention is that this rug is a super thin material. Whether that’s good or bad is a matter of opinion but to me it’s way too thin. Secondly, the floor under the rug is tile. Even with very little traffic, over time the tile lines are showing through the rug (see photo). This is not because of traffic as this is even happening under the table where no one can (or has ever) walked. I suppose if you’re using this over hardwood, you won’t have that problem but be warned if using on tile. I purchased this rug mainly because of the color/design and because it was somewhat cheap. They being said, I can’t really recommend it.
