Great
This is just what I was looking for, for my back patio. I sit outside in the corner and smoke my cigars and this sits about 4 to 6 feet away, depending on the temperature and I’m absolutely comfortable in my hoodie and hat. Heats up quickly it’s super quiet and does the job so far. I’ve got hardy plank for siding so that seems to reflect and retain the heat in my little corner. I’m a happy old smoky man.

Nice unit for small area
Nice unit for small area, bought used like new, had no base. Umbrella base remedied that issue. What’s up with that blue light flashing, a little piece of black tape took care of that annoying flashing.

Bad purchase
Item was used. Arrived damaged in several places. The previous owner even left two screw drivers in the box. The unit heats up just fine and would be great in doors but it doesn’t do so well outside. You cant feel the heat further than 3 feet away. If I still had the packaging, I would return it immediately.

Nice patio heater
So far, this has been a reliable heater, unlike some others I’ve tried. It has a bit wider heat arc, with slightly less heat intensity than some other models. Nice trade-off IMO

Missing remote control and they will only do a replacement but it’s needed as it is the coldest season so customer service is very poor product is good so far

Heater 5* confusing assembly
The heater itself it’s awesome, but the assembly was torture. Everything was going fine with assembling , kind of easy actually until I get to the last 2 rods , it seemed like on rod had a plastic cap that made it impossible to match the next rod. I had to break that little plastic crown to make it work. Other than that no problems. I had to make it work because I am super lazy in returning things . I just don’t

Product is not appropriate for restaurant or outdoor use as it does not provide much heat at all. I used on patio and sat 6 feet away and did not feel the heat at all. Don’t waste your money.
