I got hurt some years back I’ve been going to physical therapy and they offered a yoga class so I started taking this yoga class and the instructor informed me to go out and purchase some of my own equipment so thankfully I found these on sale at the time because yoga equipment is very expensive but they work fantastic for all the stretches that I need to do for my injury and I’m a large man over 300 lb and these support me very well without being crushed and maintaining their form afterwards

Sturdy to handle weight, and nice to touch
I am very happy with these yoga blocks. I bought lilac color, beautiful. I actually use it for weight lifting, they are ver sturdy. And at the same time they are soft to touch. Highly recommend!
