Taste good and work well for blood sugar cravings and weight management. Good big bag for a good price. The health benefits are great and I’ve lost weight in the two months I’ve used this. They roast well for a nut mix and keep their crunch too. Seal works good on the bag.

I soaked it overnight 3 tbsp w I think 1 cup water (after stirring a lot) and it did get that pudding y textureHowever this was my first time trying chia seeds and I was not a fan lol.If you like chia seeds, this is good option
