Damaged product upon arrival
Two chairs came with cracked/damaged backs. Also, Amazon doesn’t have a way to get them replaced. Instead, I have to return all of them. What a hassle. I ended up just eating the cost. Lastly, that chairs aren’t as durable as one would think. Definitely not like Lifetime, the brand.

Good value, strong chairs
The chairs are light but strong. I’m pretty heavy and have no problem sitting in them.

Good value for folding chairs
We bought two sets of 6 chairs. They are light weight and seem pretty sturdy. Only issue we encountered so far was that on the second shipment of chairs, 3 of them had a plastic cap off of the chair. Fortunately they were in the bag for each chair, were easy to place back on, and seem to work fine.
