Satisfied with this Vit D, refrigeration recommended to maintain quality
I recently tried the Vitamin D3 and K2 supplement and am happy with it. As someone who lives in the northeast and had slow Vitamin D this is a supplement I take throughout the winter. This supplement combines 10,000 IU of Vitamin D3 and 200 mcg of Vitamin K2, both enhanced by coconut oil for better absorption, into a little, easy to swallow softgel. The softgels are easy to take, and I appreciate the convenience of having both bone and immune support in one supplement. The combination of these ingredients together help enhance absorption and help them work. The formulation is dairy-free and gluten-free, making it a safe choice if you have allergies to dairy or gluten. I did not experience any digestive issues or unwanted side effects from the supplement. I was surprised to read on the back of the package refrigeration is recommended upon receipt to maintain quality. Not a problem just something to be aware of. Overall, I’m satisfied with this product and its effectiveness in supporting my health.

These are small capsules, easy to swallow. They have virtually no flavor, maybe slightly sweet if you concentrate on it. I didn’t notice any increase in energy or effectiveness, but that has always been hard for me to gauge. It’s nice to have an easy to swallow vitamin. The only ‘con’ worth noting is they come in a bag verses a standard container. This can make traveling with them a bit trickier.

Just a heads-up, the important details are printed in a tiny font on the back, so you might want to bring along some reading glasses!The beige softgels are small and easy to swallow with water. Each shell is strong enough to fit in a pocket for later use, but keep in mind that if you’re in a hot or wet place, they might soften, melt, or stick together when stored.Since this is a daily routine, I’m not expecting to see any immediate results, but we’ll see how it works out!

Great Source of Vitamins D3 and K2
This seems to be a quality supplement and a good source of Vitamins D3 and K2. Rich in coconut oil, since fats promote proper absorption of the vitamins, there is no unpleasant odor or aftertaste. Each reclosable pack has 120 softgel capsules; recommended dose is one softgel, making this pack enough to last approx 4 months (good value!). While I can’t judge effectiveness yet, I haven’t experienced any negative effects or stomach upset. I would purchase again as needed.

Living in the upper Midwest, getting enough vitamin D3 from sunlight can be tough, especially in the winter.
