Lower doses, still effective
Well, it’s definitely tumeric! You can smell it straight away, taste it off the pill too due to one pills powder exploding in the bottle. The dosage is a bit low for the three compared to taking each as a separate supplement, but it reduces the amount I need to take, so overall a win. I feel great after taking these, especially helps with my stomach.

I’ve been taking these turmeric capsules for a few weeks, and they seem to work well for reducing mild inflammation and joint stiffness. The ingredients look clean and natural, and the capsules are easy to swallow. I’m giving it 4 stars because the effect is subtle and takes time to notice, but overall a good supplement.

I have ordered this product twice before, from Amazon. In my opinion, it’s the best or one of the best Tumeric supplements. I, definitely, feel more energy since I’ve been taking these, so I know it’s helping me in a VERY healthy way. Helps my digestion, too. Instead of 3 a day (like it says on the label), I take 2 a day, because, upon doing some research, 3 is, probably, too much of a dose for anyone. 2 is a right, safe amount. I Love this product! =>>
