Size matters
This is clearly the best value. Wally world used to have one of these for $17.97 but since covid my local store doesn’t carry this product anymore. This is pricey (almost 40% more{inflation?please.) but compared to those smaller 10-12once – ish bags though convenient they aren’t the best. So u do what ya got to do. Any great source of fiber makes plant based easy.

good quality – safe storage
The chia seeds came in two large containers where they can be stored until they are due to be eaten. We are living on a sailing boat and especially healthy food is not everywhere available, so I am happy to have these boxes.
