Love this Ceramic Cookware!
I love this ceramic cookware set! It is well made and looks beautiful. My eggs and pancakes just slide out of my pans. I accidentally left pasta cooking too long in one of the pots and I thought I ruined the bottom as it looked burnt, but with a little warm soapy water it came out! I was so pleased. I love that 2 of the pans have covers as well. I highly recommend this set.

One of my BEST purchases!
I bought this set as a travel set. Now I will be purchasing a set for my home. They are as pictured and nice to look at. These are great to cook in. The non-stick surface is true to the description. The lids fit tightly. I loved the performance of this set. After the first use, there were not any stains left in the pans. Everything washed clean away.

Paint chips after a while but they are still good quality as far as cooking goes. Act as non stick, barely have to use oil or butter.

Best nonstick, college-kid tested, I bought 2 sets
I don’t like nonstick pans because they don’t last very long before the surface is all “stick,” and I never trust the chemicals they might put into your food. But some things are hard to cook on my trusty stainless steel pans without gobs of oil. So I’ve been looking for semi-trusty nonstick fry pans for years. Most have failed me until I was gifted one of these pans, which cleans up like a dream and almost never requires oil. When I wanted another size of the same pan, I bought 3 different knockoff brands of “copper”– each lasted for a couple of months before warping and beginning to stick.So I bought this set for my 20yo son’s college apartment. He’s an inexperienced cook, so I wanted him to have nonstick, and he requested “lids that fit,” unlike my menagerie of pans. After 6 months, he says the set still works great. And I was due for an upgrade on several of mine, so I bought another set during a sale. These are even better than the first Gotham pan from years ago. They have heavy bottoms so they sit flat and cook evenly on my glass-top electric stove. The variety of sizes of pots and pans are perfect for my needs, and there’s even a deep saucepan. The glass lids fit tightly and are interchangeable from pot to pan, so you don’t have to juggle too many lids. And there’s no chemical taste or smell like many nonstick pans emit.I haven’t had them long, so I can’t vouch for the “scratch resistant” aspect. But I did note that the item description says you can use metal utensils, but the paperwork that comes with the set says not to use sharp objects, so I’m afraid to use a metal spoon or spatula.Overall, for the price and versatility alone, these pans are worth owning. But the quality so far surpasses my expectations. If they start giving out in the next few months, I’ll update.

Product So-So; Company is Horrible, Don’t Support Them
Received this item and two of the pots/pans had their ceramic coating scratched straight out of the box. One sharp enough I was afraid I would cut myself on it. I was not looking to return the entire set over just two items, and digging through the Amazon customer support section, was directed to a “replace damaged item” section with Gotham Steel’s customer support.I initially called the support line and expressed my concern of 1) the labor of trying to get all these pots and pans back into the box to have to return everything when I just need two replacement pots/pans. 2) the environmental impact of returning the entire set over 2 items. The representative quickly agreed it was nearly impossible to get everything to fit back in the box once out, that she had tried herself and gave me the customer support email address to explain what happened and send photos to.When I did that, Gotham – despite the fact I was able to register the set for their 10 year warranty on their website and it allowed me to select Amazon as the retailer I purchased from – told me that they could not assist me as I did not buy directly from their website. While they sell their products at Walmart and Amazon – and will force you to return to the retailer. So now I have to try to shove all this back together, for a factory defect. Putting me way out of my way.When I sought further clarity on why the warranty was not applicable here – customer service has completely ignored my emails.So:1) the quality of these pots is suspect if they are arriving damaged2) for a company that boasts being green friendly, their policies do not support this.3) They absolutely do not stand behind their product and their warranty is useless – even though they let you register for it – unless you by from their website direct.4) After that customer service experience, I doubt they would even help you if you did buy from them direct.Basically, take your money elsewhere.

Light weight, easy to clean, stuck to heating only on med or low. When cooking in fying pan, food was hard to stir, as seemed slippery. Frying pan is small, would have liked a little bigger. All in all, great product for money.

These are easy to clean, very easy to use if you follow the instructions. DON’T USE HIGH HEAT! Cooked steak tonight, cooked quickly and perfectly on medium heat, $30 steak, so was worried, but did an amazing job. Also cooked mussels, done without scratches or any of the other complaints. Am definitely thinking about expanding my collection. Use plastic or silicone, wash by hand, you won’t be disappointed.After I wrote this original review, I used the loaf pan without using the recipe instructions to butter the pan. My banana bread slid out with zero effort, and was ready 20 minutes under recommended cooking time with the most incredible crust. My new favorite pans. I am a person who cooks with high quality knives etc, and it’s something for me to say I’m so happy with this set.
