Excellent Much Better than Matts
This is the one! It’s sturdy and perfect for fish eggplant, asparagus, onions and meats! I’ve had mine for 8 months and use it 5 nights each week. If you don’t put food on it and allow it to pre-heat for too long the heat bends it a little, but other than that, it’s ideal. I clean it like I clean the grill grates and bring it inside once every few months for a serious cleaning.

Small, but perfect
Got this to fit in a pellet smoker to keep smaller pieces of meat from sticking and falling through the supplied grates. Fits perfectly as my grate size is 14.5 x 9 so two of these fit perfectly on one grate of our smoker.

It works very well for grilling vegetables. There is …
It works very well for grilling vegetables. There is no problem on using it for them. But when fresh meat(at room temperature or below that) is put on this product, this plate becomes twisted due to the difference of temperature from the plate under the meat and the other part. The thickness of this product can’t cover it.

Nothing Fishy about this
I bought this to be able to grill fish. Foil tends to steam fish and the more delicate varieties on a grill tend to end up in the flames. This suits my needs very well. The fish are really grilled It is large enough to hold plenty of fish or burgers or sliced fresh veggies. Cleanup is fairly easy. The grid is handsome enough to hang though mine stays in a cabinet.

4 out of 5 Stars (4)⭐⭐⭐⭐[TL;DR][QUALITY] (4/5)[VALUE] (3/5)[EASE OF USE] (4/5)[MET EXPECTATIONS] (4/5)[PACKAGING] (5/5)[REVIEW REMARKS]Ok, my bad. I read the title of the description, saw the price ($49.99 at the time of ordering), and thought that these trays were made out of real copper. Sadly, they are not.As the first line of the description states, “SUPERIOR DURABILITY: This grill grid is copper-colored with a double-coated nonstick…” The nonstick is a silicone coating so care will need to be taken to protect it from scratching. The care instructions go on to say that they are not safe to clean in the bottom rack of the dishwasher either. — Well, copper-colour me disappointed. The trays work well for what they are. The double handle helps to keep the balanced and you can use them for almost any type of vegetable. It is possible to use them in the oven with a drip tray or tinfoil and you can use them on the BBQ but keep the flame low. I do not think I would let the flame lick up through the grates.I really wish they were copper as copper has amazing heat conductivity properties. As a grill plate, it is second to none. I have seen it in use on a BBQ before and it is superb. Sadly, I will have to continue my search. It is my own fault for not reading the description carefully enough. That said, why the heck did the company make them copper-coloured? They look cool, yes, but the manufacturer would better avoid confusion and disappointment if they had made these a different colour like blue or green or something non-metal coloured. In the event that experiences change or evolve, updates may be made to this review to address such developments.

These copper-colored grill grid are made of thick metal (it’s copper colored, not made of copper itself). It contains a type of “premium silicone-based coating” that’s supposedly PFOA and PTFE-free, which works very effectively at preventing food from sticking to the grill. However, due to its non-stick coating, I would recommend not to use a metal spatula to flip the veggies to avoid scraping the non-stick coating, especially when it’s heated on the BBQ. Only use a tong to pickup & flip the veggies or other foot items on these grill grid when needed. The thickness of the grill makes it retain heat quite well, especially on the BBQ, so once heated up and you put the veggies on, it sizzles and browns nicely. It serves as a good protective layer against the direct BBQ flame to prevent veggies from charring and getting scorched by the flame.
