Unequal numbers of fragrances and only fun for their fizz factor
These were a good deal and came in a nice box with a great photo display showing which scents each color is. My box did not contain equal numbers of each scent. I received (4) Lavender, (4) Rose, (4) Jasmine, (4) Magnolia, (2) Gardenia, (2) Vanilla, (2) Papaya, (2) Lemon. They are 4cm in diameter and they are each individually shrink-wrapped in plastic which was probably the most frustrating aspect for me because with wet hands they were really difficult to open even with the perforation. I ended up using my teeth to open them. They last about 5 minutes in the water. They all smell pretty good, but the scents sort of blend together. Gardenia and Rose had a distinct recognizable scent to me. Vanilla and Papaya smelled less like what I would expect and more so just “soapy” scent. I used one Lavender ball in a fairly large bath and aside from the fun factor of its fizziness, I didn’t notice much benefit. It was too small to be very effective alone at scenting the entire bath. You would need to use multiple balls and much less water. The lavender ball turned my water a kind of gross looking burnt orange color, which fortunately did not stain my white bath pillow. I think I’ll just stick to scented bath salts and bubble bath liquids and relegate these to my kids bath time where they will have much more fun with them.
