    reliable tool for yoga sessions
During my yoga sessions at home, I reach for this massage lacrosse ball to help deepen my stretches, and it works wonderfully. Pressing it under my feet eases tension in the arches, which feels very comfortable after standing or walking for a long time. The pressure targets tight areas without causing discomfort. When I place the ball under my back or shoulders during yoga poses, it provides a satisfying release to tight muscles. The ball stays in place well when leaning against a wall or rolling on the floor, and it requires minimal adjustment to maintain the right position. The ball is small and portable, making it easy to move to different areas. Rolling it with my foot or pressing it with my back delivers a precise, controlled pressure each time. The silicone material feels smooth, firm, and has no unpleasant smell, and it has held up well after several weeks of regular use. It performs steadily on a yoga mat, wood, and tile without slipping. This ball is a reliable tool I use in every home yoga practice. It leaves my muscles feeling comfortable, my feet relieved, and my sessions more satisfying overall.

Way better grip than a tennis ball
I’ve been trying to roll out my arches with an old tennis ball for months, but it just kept sliding around on the hardwood floor or squishing too much when I put real weight on it. This blue rubber ball is a completely different story. It’s got a tacky texture that actually grabs the floor so it stays put while I’m standing on it at my standing desk. I usually do a few miles around the neighborhood in the evenings, and my feet feel pretty beat up afterward. I toss this on the rug and roll my heels over it for ten minutes while catching up on Netflix. It’s firm—like, really firm—so it digs into those deep knots in my calves without collapsing. It doesn’t smell like cheap chemicals either, which is a plus since my dog usually tries to steal anything that smells like plastic. If you’re a runner dealing with stiff arches, this is solid enough to get the job done.

Attracts fuzz and dirt but gets the job done!
Quality: This ball is good quality. It is definitely made from silicone and it’s nice and smooth.Weight: This ball is hard and heavy. Not super duper heavy, but it has a nice weight to it and is fun to throw in the air and catch. (Just don’t accidentally hit yourself in the head with it, because, well, it’s very hard.)Texture: The surface is smooth. There are no bumps or anything like that on this ball. There is a small groove in the ball that has the brand etched into the surface, but that’s about it.Functionality/Utility: This ball can be easily used in many different ways. Feet, shoulders, back, etc., the list goes on and on. From a massage tool to a toy for the kids to throw, it’s an all-around handy little tool.I personally got this ball to use on my feet and so far, so good; it has worked as advertised.Downside: The one and only downside is that everything sticks to it: fuzz, hair, dust, etc. Your ball will be covered in the fuzzy stuff that floats in your home or lives on your carpet.Overall, for $7.99, this is not a bad product at all. I’d say the quality is definitely worth the price, and this would not be a purchase you’d regret.

    Great for feet
Years ago co-worker had a set of these and would use them on her feet under the desk. The last month I spent many days and sitting and waiting at the hospital. I had many new aches and pains including my feet. I ordered this ball hoping to relieve some of my aches and pains without medications.I thought this might include two balls. The title said balls and my co-worker had a set of two but this is just one ball. The massage ball came with minimal instructions. I looked up a few videos online on how to use it.The ball is a decent, slightly heavy weight for its size. It can apply a good amount of pressure when used correctly. I had seen my co-worker use it on her feet so that is what I tried first. It was easy to maneuver the ball on the pressure points on my foot. This felt nice and definitely made my foot feel relaxed and better. I kind of wish I had the two ball set for my feet. I tried it on my neck but I had a hard time getting it in the proper spot to apply enough pressure to get results. If I had my spouse help me it worked better but my spouse is not always around to help and I feel this type of small device I should be able to use on my own. The next area I tried was my hip. This worked well but I had to be lying down to get the proper pressure and good results. Obviously, it is not always possible to lie down to relieve a little hip discomfort.I think this works best on the feet. It can be used on the go and easily stored in a purse or backpack. The other uses were not as easy or straightforward. The price of under 7 dollars when I got this , I feel is fair for what you get. The ball is heavy and seems durable. I have had it a few weeks and have carried it with me and it has held up great. Cleaning is easy as well. You can rinse this and wipe it down and it is clean and ready to go.

Effective, comfortable and the right size
I get knots in my muscles all the time and normally I use a tennis ball, especially for my back. However, a tennis ball has too much give and is slightly too big, so it’s hard to reach deeper or smaller muscles. This silicone massage ball is the perfect combination of hard and soft. It’s hard enough to really work the muscle, but has enough give and a soft covering to protect against causing injury, pain or overworking the treatment area.A tip a PT trainer once gave me is to put one in a sock, so that way I can reach behind my mid back. (Just sling the sock behind you while holding onto the other end of the sock.) It’s perfect for knots between the shoulder blades or in the traps.Tennis balls are a good substitute when you don’t have something like this, but I wouldn’t recommend it because this silicone ball is far more effective. Because of that I have already ordered two more. The size works for both smaller and larger muscle groups.

I’ve previously used a tennis ball at home but it’s too squishy and tried a lacrosse ball at a friends house and found it much better, so thought I’d get this.I have tried those bulky electronic massagers, but I’m not sure if I really like them to use and I DEFINITELY don’t like having to store them, while this is clearly very easy to store. As a massager against a wall or floor it works well, it’s pretty easy to position and work on a knot in your shoulders and it’s great positioned under a glute as you lie on the floor for a masochistically blissful piriformis release. And if you still need to relax, it bounces well on a tile floor. The cynic in me says this is just a different way to market a bouncy ball, because lets be honest – it’s just a hard rubber ball, nothing magic. However I wouldn’t have thought to just look for a bouncy ball, so the re-marketing bought it to my attention.

I have been using this lacrosse ball to help work out some of the tight spots in my back and shoulders after sitting at a desk all day. They are firm enough to provide deep pressure for trigger point therapy but still have a tiny bit of grip so they do not slide around on the floor or against a wall. The size is perfect for targeting smaller areas like the arches of my feet or the space between my shoulder blades where a larger foam roller cannot reach. They feel very durable and do not lose their shape even when I put my full weight on them during a session. It is a straightforward and inexpensive tool for anyone looking for some basic pain relief massage at home.
