Great quality and price
This heating pad is very soft and large. I like that you can set timer up to 120 min and adjust temperature. I’ve had it since Feb 2025 and still like it very much. Soft and flexible. I needed it around my wrist after surgery.

I ordered this to replace an old heating pad that gets stiff when it is turned off. This heating pad heats up quickly, is very soft, and a nice, large size. Best of all, you can unplug the cord and fold it for storage. It stays soft and pliable even when it isn’t on. I wish there was a way to change the preset settings, but it is easy enough to adjust them once it is one. The cord is a bit shorter than I would like, but I can reach an outlet from the chair, so it works.

Great value! Large enough to cover back and hips. Great controls, timers, etc. does not get as hot as I like when on hi, but other users find the heat settings more than sufficient

Typical Pad that has “Quirks”
So here’s the seal. Everyone noting the temperature differences. These type of pads actually need some pressure on them.If you put part of the pad under your rear and the rest up your back, I can guarantee it will be almost to hot to keep of high.This is just the type of wiring in them. Yes, I’m not a fan, but if you learn the ins and outs, the pad will last a long time. I have another like it going on 4-5 years.

Great heating pad for pain relief!
I get really bad back spasms due to my lupus. It gets really bad. I don’t have to pick up anything or move wrong. It just comes on anyway on my back and sometimes it just takes my breath away. I previously bought a pretty flower heating pad from amazon but it was a dud. But I saw this one and I said let me try it because you can adjust the heating temperature. Well the one I have I can only go from one through 6. I can’t figure out how people can get the temperature adjusted like in the pictures. But it does get pretty hot and I’m able to adjust the time which is great. My spasms relax and release over time. So after a while I’m not crying and I can finally breathe. Also my daughter puts some voltaren gel on my back which heats up with the heating pad which feels great. It’s very easy to use. You just press the upper button to turn it on and the second button to set one through 6 and the third button to put the timer. It covers most of my back but I’m pretty tall so some of my upper back is not covered so I have to adjust it. But it does relieve the pain. It wasn’t that expensive. I think this heating pad will last a while. Plus it’s a pretty pink color as opposed to the dull grey ones you find in the stores. I highly recommend!

Lovely, Soft Heating Pad
Soft and flexible. Works well. I put it in my bed and warm the foot before I go to bed. So comfy! Lots of settings, so I can turn it on and have it turn itself off after an hour or whatever I wish.

Not worth it! FIRE & SAFETY HAZARD! Only lasts months!
Initially, I LOVED this product, but less than a year later (ONLY 8 months!) sparks flew out of the cord base where it connects the the heating pad itself. It short circuited the cord and it doesn’t turn on now! In fact, it short circuited the system in my whole room. No lights work, not fans, no chargers, nothing! Very very frustrating! ABSOLUTE fire hazard and there is no way to contact the company to get a refund or a replacement! Loved the size and the heat, but even with that, the price has went yup 30% in that 8 months!!! So it’s how $50 instead of $35! I wish this held up better. Does not have good durability at all and is not worth it when the company provides no way to get support for the product! Please make this more durable, SAFE and valuable for users! A heating pad should last YEARS not mere months!! So disappointing!!!
