I love this Pilates ring set! The ring has the perfect amount of resistance, and the handles are really comfortable. The extra bands, mini ball, and small dumbbells make it super easy to get a full workout in at home. Everything feels sturdy and well-made. Really happy with this purchase!

This Pilalon pilates set is decent. Each item feels sturdy and durable which makes me hopeful that it’ll last for a few years. I got this set mostly for the 2 lb. weights, which feel comfortable in the hands. The ring is interesting as well, though this is my first time using a ring. This one has a lot of resistance, but I’m still a newbie and haven’t strengthened my muscles enough yet. I’m guessing that the ring will get slightly easier for me to bend and use as my muscles get stronger.I like that each resistance band is marked with their resistance level (Heavy, Light, Medium, etc.). For me, it’s easier than the color-coded resistance bands because I can never remember which color is which level of resistance. I do wish these bands were a little wider though because these are just a hint under 2″ and they almost start to cut into me during my exercises with wider stances.The smell. Yeah, the smell is gross at first because it’s that heavy rubbery/chemical smell upon arrival and out of the box. It was way too strong for me. I had to unpackage every item in this set and let it air outside for about two days. The smell still isn’t entirely gone but it’s fading.Overall, I think this is a great set for the person who likes to, or has to, workout. You may need to air it out first though.

I’m so glad I picked up this Pilates Ring Set. The ring has just the right amount of resistance — firm and supportive without feeling stiff — and it hasn’t warped or bent out of shape at all. The grip pads are super comfortable, too, so I can use it for thighs, arms, and core work without it slipping.The included Pilates ball is perfect for adding extra challenge to core exercises, and the small dumbbells are great for toning and light strength training. I also really appreciate the resistance bands — there are five different levels, so I can easily adjust my workout intensity depending on the day.What I love most is how complete this set is. Instead of buying everything separately, this covers all the essentials for a full-body Pilates workout with instructions as well! It’s compact, lightweight, and easy to store, making it great for home workouts.If you’re looking to tone your arms, thighs, and core while keeping workouts fun and effective, this kit is a great choice. Highly recommend!
