EXCELLENT FOOT, LEG, ANKLE AND SHIN MASSAGER!
REALLY LIKE THAT AFTER USING THIS MASSAGER EVERY DAY FOR ABOUT 5 DAYS NOW, IT HAS RELIEVED MUCH OF THE PAIN THAT I WAS HAVING ON THE HEEL OF MY LEFT FOOT FROM PLANTER FASCIITIS, AS WELL AS FROM PAIN ON THE SHIN OF MY LEFT FOOT. ADDITIONALLY, THE KNEADING, VIBRATION AND HEAT IS JUST SO COMFORTING AND THERAPEUTIC!THERE IS ONLY ONE SMALL THING THAT I WOULD HAVE LIKED MORE SO, AND THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN A SEPARATE REMOTE CONTROL INSTEAD OF THE CONTROL ON THE UNIT.HOWEVER, IT’S NOT A BIG DEAL, AND I DEFINITELY PLAN ONCONTINUING TO USE THIS MASSAGER BECAUSE OTHERWISE IT’S GREAT!I AM AND HAVE BEEN A BIG SNAILAX CUSTOMER FAN.I THINK THEIR PRODUCTS GENERALLY ARE OF VERY GOOD QUALITY AND VERY WELL MADE!THE COMPANY ALSO HAS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

An Interesting New Experience
I thought this product functioned really well. I only tried the first of the 3 intensity settings so I may get used to it. I loved the rollers on the feet! The shiatsu movements were quite comforting! You can feel the pressure on the bottom of your feet! Leg compression was new to me so it to apply pressure then release was very interesting! It does apply mild heat to the feet which is fine for me. I can’t give the “Remote” control a rating because it’s a non-removable touch pad. On that I would give it a 5 for ease of use.

I purchased the Foot and calf massager, model SL-5K15. I’m a middle aged man with an 11 shoe size foot and slightly above average sized calves, and I purchased this for the pleasures of a foot massage, as well as the relief of occasional ankle fatigue, and to get my circulation moving after being stuck behind a desk all day.I’ll clear a few things up. With my model number (listed above), the following is accurate. The remote/control panel is fixed to the machine. It is not a handheld remote control. It is however, very functional, easy to see with lighted buttons, and it’s positioned at the top of the machine where it is easy to reach and adjust.The controls let you alternate between 3 different massage modes, and within those 3 modes, it will allow you to adjust between 3 different intensity levels, which is basically how hard the machine will press and squeeze, and it does get strong and very sufficient. It’s also rhythmed, so it aids in circulation and feels as if someone is working their way up your ankle and calf. The machine is set to a 20 minute timer that can be shut off prior to 20 minutes or restarted after the 20 minutes, but I’m quite sure that the 20 minute limit is to protect the machine, not you, so if you use it for 2 hours and it stops working, well that on you. There’s also a small kickstand underneath of the machine so that you can adjust the angle that the machine sits in case you’re not positioned or lined up right.Additionally, within all 3 massage modes and intensity modes, it will allow you to turn off or on the heat function, vibration, and the kneading under the feet. The heat function is mild. It just slightly warms your muscles. The vibration can be a little strong. It’ll vibrate you up to your hips. I begin each session with the vibration on, then I turn if off in a few minutes, as I find it easier to get in a relaxed state without being shook. Just my preference though.For your feet, you will get an adjustable/optional combination of the kneading rollers under the feet, squeezing/compression from you toes, back, including your instep, vibration, and heat.For your ankles, you will get rhythmed squeezing/compression, heat, and vibration.For you calves, you will get rhythmed squeezing/compression and vibration. The heat may extend up to your calves, but I couldn’t detect it enough to decide either way.The machine is not perfect, but it functions as it’s advertised and as you’d expect. You’re not going to get every desired function, perfected into a machine. My wife’s a nurse and gives me better massages, but that’s not always available at the push of a button. There may be better machines out there, but within this price range that I was willing to spend, and the amount of space that I wanted it to take up in my house, I chose this one. And I looked at may different types, designs, and manufacturers. I’ve used this, explored the functions, and worked it the full 20 minutes many of times, and I’m quite satisfied with what I purchased and received. I would recommend this product.

This thing is LOUD
Why did you pick this product vs others?:It’s fine, nothing special. I’ve owned a different brand many years ago, this one is no better.But also to mention the title of my review, this thing really is loud. Every button press when you’re changing settings and turning it on & off makes an extremely loud beep. I typically use the item later in the evening when the rest of the family is in bed, and I’m always paranoid I will wake them up when I’m using it just by pressing the button to turn it on. So you wouldn’t want to use this in the same room as someone sleeping for example. To my knowledge there is no way to silence the beeps.

Relieved some of the numbness the first time I used it.
My feet have been numb for several years. Doctors have not suggested any solution to the problem. The foot massager relieved some of the numbness the first time I used it I use the massager about 2 times a day and the numbness has been significantly reduced. I highly recommend this massager.

Worked great for about 2 weeks of light use
Was very excited to get this. When it arrived the heat didn’t seam to work properly but after the second use it worked great. Was using it on and off for about 2 weeks and then it started popping on the right side and now it makes a horrible noise. I would stay clear of this one

Feels awesome
I am very happy with this foot massager. I am an older woman, 5’6” with size 9.5 feet, and the size of this machine is just right for me. I like the number two setting for pressure intensity, although at that setting my calves are squeezed just. a bit too much, it would be nice if the different pressure areas were controlled separately. This works right out of the box, no setting up or fiddling around with it. It seems to be a quality machine.

Placed an order last night with the same brand massage chair seat and received it this afternoon. I purchased them for my father and tried this foot massager for almost an hour myself. Pretty impressive and very relaxed after use. It’s easy to use and provides a couple of massage modes. I will definitely order another one for myself…

If you have thicker calves, this may not be for you. The foot massage option was fine, but when I tried putting my calves, I hardly felt the balls kneeding on my calves, even when I tried all the settings .

I’ve only had this a few days but man, what a great addition to the daily routine. The pressure is surprisingly strong, the heat is hotter than expected, great massage for the feet. This is super relaxing and really takes tension away after a long day.

I’ve been using this foot massager for about a month now and overall, it’s been working well. The heat and massage functions are relaxing and help ease foot tension. When I first used it, there was a plastic creaking sound whenever I turned on the intensity (as it inflates and deflates), but it hasn’t affected performance. So far, it’s holding up well, and I’m hoping it will last long-term. Overall, a good purchase!
