Great little set for a living room workout, with a few annoying details.
This is a fine set for a living room workout – not the highest quality that I have ever seen, but it comes with a nice variety of items to support a number of different types of workout and areas of the body.The ring is nice for keeping arms or legs “spaced” during some exercises, the resistance is good, but if using for strength exercises, it does not compress super smoothly – it does the job and should not cause any issues, just thought I should note.The bands are nice to have – I like that the different resistance levels are labeled (There are five in the set and only four in the picture because my son stole one!) They seemed a little “thin” on arrival, but having used them I find that they don’t bunch or cut in when doing certain exercises. The sixth band is wider than the rest, and the material is a little “sticky” – I am guessing someone who is a Pilates fanatic would understand what this is for – but I have not found a use for it yet.The ball is fine for “spacing” to make sure that your form is even and correct, if I needed something for “support” between my body and the floor, I would opt for something more substantial. It was also a pain in the neck to inflate, although it was nice that there is a little straw included, the ball does not have a one way or resistance valve to keep the air from coming out when you remove the straw, and it took many attempts to overinflate and remove the straw before quickly swapping for the plug, which was a little annoying.Overall this is a great little set to have on hand for light workouts in the living room (or on the go!) but I think if I were to take up Pilates on a daily routine, I would spend a little more money to get something a bit more substantial.

Good entry level set, especially like the ring and the elastic bands.
This is a nice beginner set. I am new to Pilates mat work, though I am doing sessions on the Reformer. I especially like the ring for inner leg work, which is tricky to get right at home. The bands are nice and sturdy with a wide range of strength levels, and the ball is sturdy and easy to inflate, though I am less familiar with effective exercises using it. Not sure how much I need the stretching band either, since I am used to using my yoga strap. There is an instruction booklet with exercises for each piece of equipment included. Set is worth it for the ring and the bands. Pretty colors, no off gassing.
