The Winco AFP-8NS-H is a commercial-grade 8″ aluminum fry pan designed to be the workhorse of any kitchen. This skillet is made from 3.5mm thick 3003 series aluminum alloy designed to withstand daily use in a commercial restaurant kitchen. This 8″ skillet features the QUANTUM2® non-stick finish that prevents food from sticking to the pan requiring little to no oil. The QUANTUM2® non-stick finish bonds directly to the aluminum creating a non-stick finish that is highly scratch resistant and superior to consumer-grade non-stick coatings. The handle is reinforced and riveted in place for a secure grip and long-lasting durability. The handle features a stay cool sleeve ensuring it stays cool to the touch. High quality pan
This is a very good pan. It has great heat distribution and the scratch resistance has been great so far. It’s not too heavy and well balanced. We are planning on purchasing a couple more of these pans soon. It functions well and with the addition of the silicone handle cover it’s very well designed. I works as well as other, more expensive pans, that we have.

This is a great pan
This pan gets used nearly every day, sometimes more than once. The nonstick coating is very good, and so far, durable. Very easy to clean – just hot water and a quick brush. One nice feature is that the rivets are also coated, so the entire interior is nonstick. This is something I always look for in nonstick pans. I would absolutely buy this item again. Winco is a good commercial brand.

I think this is a good pan…I know it’s a good pan
I’m no longer sure when it comes to pans if they are good or bad and how long they will last? I simply am not going to read the 5 star reviews and take them for granted. I have looked at expensive pans and cheaper pans, and they all have the same fair share of one-and two star reviews. After about 2 weeks of reviewing pans, I became more and more frustrated and suspicious that 98% of these pans are frauds. In the end, I purchased the cheapest ones, with decent reviews.It seems this brand Winco, is trying to copy that Brazilian brand Tramontina? Or is it Tramontina trying to copy Winco? I have bought both brands in the past and like them both. I have no idea if they are good or bad? I am staying away from any listings that have all this marketing gibberish….diamond, 6 layer garbage, green, blue, eco friendly, healthy, and this advanced this or that. Absolutely terrified that their non stick abilities will magically disappear in a matter of weeks.So i bought two pans :1. Decent quality at a decent price
Great little pan for the price. Extremely nonstick with the smallest amount of butter. Would have gave it 5 stars if it wasn’t so rough around the edge where the nonstick transitions to the aluminium.

I bought this Winco fry pan a month ago and I am very impressed with it. It is sturdy, durable, and easy to clean. The non-stick coating works well and does not peel off. I really like this fry pan, especially for cooking my two eggs in the morning. It’s easy to use because my eggs do not stick to it, it’s shallow enough than plenty big enough to cook two eggs. Of course it’s easy to clean as well. I only have one tiny complaint, I wish the pan had a tiny bit more weight to it because even with two eggs in it it lifts from the burner just a tiny bit but I’m happy with everything else about it so I’m going to keep enjoying using it. I would recommend.
