Long time cook –
Healthy Way to Cook
We grill many meats and especially zucchini and yellow squash sliced vertically 1/4 inch with olive oil and seasonings. The only way we eat squash now. After a few uses it does take scrubbing to get the meat residue off. I soak it a while first, then it comes clean with scratchless scratcher. A small trade for the taste and health benefits. The pan quality after this long time is commendable. Other brands did not perform this well.

Convenient. A great kitchen companion.
It does the job perfectly and it’s used often for grilling just about everything. Quick to clean and like new after almost five years. Bought another for a friend who likes it just as much. Kind of pricey, but it’s made very well.

I Love This Pan
I like the grooves that leave grill marks. I have bought a few grill pans but they were not as sturdy nor as heavy as this one. The size is great for free grilling two nice sized steaks. And, it cleans up so easily. I hand wash it even though the instructions said it’s dishwasher safe. It’s a great value for my money.

Works well, you do need to get used to it and how it cooks things because of the uneven, (By design), cooking surface but once that is done, it’s a well made, solid product.

So Great, This is My Second Time Purchasing It
I love my Calphalon Premier Hard-Anodized Nonstick 11-Inch Square Grill Pan. I bought one about 25 years ago, and when it finally wore out, I bought myself another one. They’re great pans that allow you to grill indoors when you don’t have a grill to use outdoors. Additionally, if you’re just not wanting to grill out in the heat or the outdoors, you can use this, even in the oven! It’s a great purchase and I’m planning on using this one for another 25 years.

Get this pan
I originally was looking for a round pan to replace my original. I couldn’t find one so I got the square instead. I like the square actually better bc it is a better size for grilling on the burner!

Nice grill pan
I bought this pan to replace and older pan I had. This pan works very well it cooks evenly and gives nice grill marks. It is very easy to clean.
