Cooks & Browns Evenly, Quick Clean Up, Need Very Little Butter &/or Oil to Cook With
First thing NEVER use Cooking Spray or EXTRA Virgin Olive Oil because they easily carbonize in your pan or pot very quickly when it is heated. The ingredients used in cooking spray are to harsh for the ceramic coating. Now on with my review:Before purchasing this set of cookwear I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews for different ceramic cookweare.I selected this set of cookware taking in consideration some of the negative reviews in which I believe people did not take the time to read the do’s & don’ts. I also went online and read what kind of oils could be used and not used.Do not use anything abrasive to clean this cookwear. If you have stuck on food soak the pan or pot in warm soapy water for as long as needed. There is no need to add a lot of butter or oil to the pan or pot. Believe it or not your food will cook & brown evenly.Adding a little butter or oil helps the food not to stick and keeps a protective coating between the food & cookware.Use only silicone or plastic utensils that can be safely used on your ceramic cookware.Do Not stack your pan & pots inside one another without putting something between them or they will get scratched.Do Not use high heat with this cookwear because the heat is evenly distributed through out the pan or pot & you only need to be using med to med-high heat.I for the most part use medium heat.Do not deep fry anything in these pans or pots because you will ruin the coating. If you need to fry food use a different type of pan or pot.Now to my review. I got side tracked a little but felt that I had to write the do’s & don’ts first. The cookwear was nicely packaged. I wasn’t sure if I was going to keep this cookwear because my previous set were heavier, non stick Paula Dean Cookwear. The first thing that I used was the pot to cook red sauce in and was worried that the red sauce would stain the coating. To my surprise it did not stain it. Cleanup was so easy.I have cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast with very little oil and was very surprised of how nicely, evenly it cooked and browned.I cooked four eggs in one of the pans and wanted the yolks cooked all the way. I put a lid on the pan and when I took the lid off a few minutes later the yolks were cooked all the way through. The egg white wasn’t even burnt on the edges.Cooking rice is great, easy cooks in no time.Cleaning this cookware is so easy and nice to do.I always wash my pan & pots with dish & warm water.Never use harsh abrasives, pads or sponges.I believe this cookware is wwll worth the money. If you take care of them properly, they will last. You for quite sometime.I hope this review was helpful.Happy cooking!!!Follow up 3 years 3 months later..I am still happy with the purchase of my cookware. They still cook and look really good!!

A Great Set of Cookware
I wanted to use these pots and pans for awhile before I did a review and I can honestly say that they’re great. I had a set of hard anodized cookware before, and these are so much better. They’re lightweight and conduct the heat quicker so I don’t have to turn the burner way up, and they are truly non-stick making cleanup really easy. While the fry pans are a good size, I wish it had come with one that was a bit larger. I did end up keeping my larger hard anodized pan for that reason. This is still a great set for the money, and I would definitely recommend it

Good value for short term use
The price and brand name lured me in. The pans were adequate for about a year. I really had no complaints. Then about sixteen months after purchase the fry pans began losing their nonstick quality. Keep in mind I never used metal utensils in the pans. Today, a little over eighteen months after purchase, I have afficially given up and ordered a new set of cookware (different brand). For the price, I think these pans they are worth it. Do not order if you cook regularly and plan on using for more than two years.

Truly non-stick easy to cook and clean
I just redid my kitchen new cabinets, counters and appliances and wanted a new set of cookware. After some research I decided on Cuisinart and what’s better as I was deciding the price lowered (!). They are non-stick and no need for oil which at first I did not believe but so far so good. I cooked up omelets and just last night some of Trader Joe’s famous frozen Orange Chicken. No oil, cooked and delicious and just let the pan cool, then soak in water/suds, and easily cleaned off everything with a sponge/soapy water. No complaints here and recommend them.

Wow
I initially bought a Cuisinart 1qt. pot on Prime Day. I was so amazed that I bought this set. I love everything about these except for the rivets. I would still buy them again. This is the only set of pots and pans I ever owned that are friendly with an electric stove. They heat up quickly but also cool very well when the heat is reduced. That for me was the deal clencher. You don’t have to worry about things burning and definitely not sticking.Clean up is a breeze with anything you cooked. The handles are strong and comfortable. The lids are excellent. The whole set is excellent, a great value for the money. If you like to cook you will love these.

These pots are well made, non stick, and very easy to clean. They’re a bit on the smaller side, but its great for a small family of 4. Overall, i would highly recommend them! 🙂

I held off a bit before reviewing to get a chance to try a few items. The first and most obvious – the colour is fab and looks great. It’s a lovely finish and cleans easily. The inside of the pots also wipes clean easily even when you forget that pot on the stove and wash it the next day. I’d also say they transfer heat really well. Prior to getting these I had been using an old set of copper bottom pots and I do a bunch of boiled eggs to have for breakfasts through the week. I had the time down to the second to get the doneness I like. I’m having to re calibrate my cook time lower. A nice and unexpected bonus.

Deben saber que están muy bien los sartenes, son fáciles de limpiar y no sé les pega la comida
