Gotham Steel Modern 11 Pc Ceramic Cookware Set
It is a good quality set but you will need to baby it some for the best results. I notice on the bottom of the pans after a few months it is already starting to rust. The non stick capabilities are still there and it is easy to clean in the dish washer or hand wash. The look is as expected and I would say they are fairly scratch resistant, my only gripe really is they are starting to rust on the bottom already.

Amazing Ceramic Cookware Set
The Gotham Steel Modern 11-Piece Ceramic Cookware Set is a stylish and lightweight option that offers fantastic initial non-stick performance and easy cleanup.👍 The GoodExcellent Non-Stick: The ceramic coating works very well, making cooking and cleaning an absolute breeze—food truly slides right off.Modern Aesthetic: The elegant design and matte finish (if chosen) are a definite upgrade for any kitchen.Lightweight: The aluminum construction is easy to handle, which is a big plus for daily use.Versatile: It’s induction compatible, oven safe (up to 500°F), and PFOA-free for healthier cooking.👎 The Not-So-GoodLid Design: Wish they were glass to monitor food easily.Durability Concerns: While the non-stick is great at first, some long-term reviews suggest the coating and overall durability may diminish over time, particularly if you use a dishwasher (handwashing is recommended for longevity).Handle Heat: Despite being advertised as “Stay Cool,” the metal handles can still get hot, potentially requiring a pot holder.Bottom Line: This set is a great value for those seeking a highly effective, non-toxic, and attractive set for everyday cooking. Just be prepared to handle with care—avoid high heat and stick to handwashing to maximize its lifespan

So far so good
I tend to prefer carbon steel for cooking but sauce pans and nonstick are still necessary and it was getting to be time for a few set. I saw this set come available through Amazon’s Vine program and ordered them. The set is goid and some of the issues I have stem more from personal preference dont actually speak I’ll of the cookeare… like the handles… I’m not a huge fan as I prefer a larger handle. This set us also a bit lighter than what I prefer but again… preference. Lighter pans can dissipate heat quicker to slow or stop the cooking process quicker when removed from heat. The coating seems durable so far. They say you should be looking at. We nonstick ever 12-24 months and I can see no issue with this set hitting or exceeding that expectancy. Along with that nonstick they clean up very easily as well.It is probably worth noting I use either wood, bamboo, and silicone utensils… no metal. That should help with the life of these pans.

Lightweight, Looks Great, But Limited Data on Ceramic Coating
My wife and I are petty experienced home chefs, and we’ve learned a lot about cookware over the past 20 years. Mostly we use vintage cast iron for our daily drivers, but sometimes life is waaay easier with a good nonstick saucepan or skillet. And this set is… fine. On the plus side, they’re relatively cheap, they look really good, and the pieces are very lightweight. That also translates into fast heat dissipation, which isn’t necessarily good or bad – just a thing to know. The nonstick coating is very effective right out of the box, and everything cleans up fast and easy. It’s a highly functional set of pots and pans in good sizes. On the downside, build construction feels a bit cheap. The handles aren’t very comfortable, though the lightweight build (a titanium alloy, according to the marketing) means that isn’t a dealbreaker. The lids are opaque, which looks good, but also means you can’t see your food if the pot or pan is covered. The coating is good and looks nice, but like all nonstick pans, it has a limited shelf life. I’d expect to get two or three years of use out of these with some care, but maybe not much more than a year if you put these in the dishwasher and really use them heavily. But that’s true of most nonstick pans, which is an argument for going with a fairly cheap set like this: if the coating is going to degrade after a few years no matter what you buy, you may as well stick with something economical. The biggest drawback for me is the lack of clarity on chemical composition. The marketing materials proudly proclaim this as a ceramic coating free of PFAS and PFOA, but that’s pretty much all they have to say on the subject. As far as I can tell, these guys don’t do any third-party certifications or release independent test results. And that’s a bummer, because while these pans are probably fine, it’s impossible to know exactly what – and how much of it – might be leaching into your food. I’ve cooked with pretty questionable cookware in the past, and I’ve reached the point in my life where I’d really like to avoid that now, thanks. And look, I strongly believe chemicals aren’t necessarily bad! Life is chemistry, after all, and science is amazing. But I’d like a little independent reassurance that I’m not likely to poison anyone with my homemade pasta amatriciana, and I don’t think that’s too much to ask. That’s a big caveat for me, but probably isn’t a dealkiller for most people. If that’s the case for you, this seems like a very functional, very attractive set of lightweight cookware for the price.
