Smooth, Delicious, and Energizing – A Perfect Start to My Day!
I first discovered Koia Protein in its ready-to-drink form at an airport when I needed a quick protein boost for a long day. I was impressed by how smooth and tasty it was, so I was really happy to find the Elite Powder version here on Amazon at a great price. The vanilla flavor is excellent—rich, not overly sweet, and easy to mix. The texture us great too- not gloppy but not watery. The 32g of protein is good, too and was a big reason I purchased. I usually have a serving for breakfast, and it keeps me feeling satisfied and energized throughout the morning. This has quickly become a new favorite for a nutritious, plant-based start to the day!

This stuff is really pretty good. I was afraid that the 32g of protein per serving part would make the consistency gritty or taste bad, but I was pleasantly surprised how good it tastes! The price can’t be beaten either!

Good pea protein product that requires large amount per serving
After years of ingesting multi-ingredient soy and whey based protein supplements, I was eager to try an alternative source of protein. Pea protein seemed to be a good option. This product looked very interesting. It is plant based and made up of only three ingredients. It was interesting that the instructions specifically said to “Mix 1/2 cup (6 rounded tablespoons)of powder with 12 ounces of water or non-dairy drink” for a serving that provided 32 grams of protein. I mixed it with water. the result was a pleasant tasting creamy textured drink, mildly sweet with a flavor reminiscent of vanilla ice cream. I mixed it in a shaker but noted it was a bit grainy so on my second try, I used a blender, which resulted in a smoother texture. This product is not a concentrate. One 12 ounce serving requires 1/2 cup (53 grams) of dry product. So, a 24 serving container of dry product weighs 2.8 lbs. (1272 grams). The label states the name of the company that distributes the product but it does not state where it originates from so I assume it does not originate from a domestic source.

Flavor is pretty good but texture is very chalky and leaves an unpleasant residue in my mouth. I make my protein shakes in a Magic Bullet so it can’t get any more blended than that lol. I won’t be buying this one again.
